It's a small shop located inside the Colonnade Mall on South Lake Ave. You can park in the parking lot in the back and it's located on the bottom floor of the Mall. Nicole was very sweet and I showed her a few pictures of inspiration. I liked that she listened to what I wanted, I had mentioned that my hair tends to frizz when I have curls so I'm glad she was able to tame my hair so it didn't at the end. Nicole is very talented and she made the experience so relaxing, and it seemed so easy to make my hair so beautiful.

Customer feedback should be met with accountability. A manager who responds vengefully instead of constructively tells you everything you need in how guests are valued.
