I told her I was four months postpartum and wanted a massage preferably laying on my side or back, to which she told me "I am not trained to do massages on the side or back" and stated she had the client face down the entire time. Having had massages done for over 20 years, I have never heard of a masseuse who is hired untrained to perform massages unless the client is solely on the back. Nor have I heard of a spa who books massages without specifying that the masseuse may be unable to do a massage at all if you are unable to lie on your stomach after you inform them you are postnatal from a c section. After I told her I guess I would cancel the massage because she kept shrugging stonefaced while telling me "I just can't do it," she promptly left the room and began gossiping with another masseuse down the hall. I literally had to call out after her "can you at least show me the way out?" given the lack of exit signs in Spavia's dark hallway. Caitlin rolled her eyes and sarcastically asked "you are not going to change into your clothes?" and I told her I needed the locker room. She wordlessly showed me the way before rolling her eyes again and stalking off. Please avoid booking with this woman Caitlyn and Spavia in general. Also, Caitlin came to collect me at 12:59pm (though I could hear her chatting with someone in the hallway well before then) so that my 1:00pm appointment time could start ticking away while she led me to the room, did intake, have me get ready, etc. No waiver or paperwork regarding massage goals was done at all, though it is unlikely she would have reviewed it anyway. I would also avoid this Spavia location for safety reasons.

I've been bouncing around between nail techs since coming here and have come in with nail art inspo each time and every tech has killed it so far - I honestly don't think you can get anyone bad in this place. Everyone has been easy to talk to and has communicated if they think they can't do a certain design or has been receptive to me communicating any changes to the design. I've never felt rushed or pressured - the most comfortable I've ever felt at a nail salon! The place feels clean and hygienic. They also offer some fun drinks - like Vietnamese coffee or a mimosa, which I think is so fun and truly adds to the feeling of being pampered. Prices are pretty decent for what I get done - I don't think I've ever paid more than $70 even for gel with an intricate 10 nail design. This is also the only place where the gel actually holds up! I always had issues at other salons with it peeling after a week, but I can go up to 3-4 weeks with these! 10/10 I can't recommend this place enough - I drive 20 minutes out of my way (and pass multiple other salons on the way) just to come here.

I broke my finger several months ago and my nail is still growing back. Don has been super gentle, making sure he's not hurting me as he's filing it. I hurt my other finger recently near the bed of my nail and I was so worried that the gel polish removal would sting, but he put the cotton ball with the remover so it wasn't touching the scrape. I also scraped my knee the other day when we were walking the dogs, and Don was cautious as he massaged my leg. On top of that, my nails look great!

I have been going to various stylists at Salon Pure since I was a kid, and I was always satisfied with their cuts and colors. But a few years ago I began going to Ali, and he is BY FAR the best in the salon! His cuts are absolutely impeccable, he has such an eye for what looks good/is needed, and to top it off, he is absolutely hilarious and a joy to talk with. The owner Louis Fantacone is a Bigot. He posted horrible things on the Haddonfield Page. The comments were terrible saying he was happy the Pride flags were all ripped down on Kings Hwy in the town center. He talked about being disgusted, the month was awful, the only flags that should fly is the American flag and so much more against the LGBTQ community.
