I met Mandy at a nail event and she told me she thought she could give me the color I wanted so I gave her a shot. She was the first to finally capture it and I have been going to her ever since. She proceeded to say it's not a problem. Here comes the problem:I was not impressed when I left the salon because it looked nothing like what I asked for and she knew that as I brought up my concerns before I left. She said the lighting in her loft might be throwing it off. So I left hoping once I got out it would be better. Nope. The color was not very nice and the cut was just ok. Uneven and didn't fit my face right. I let the weekend go by as to get used to the new look but I just couldn't live with it. I reached back out to her explaining my concern again and we set up another appointment for her to correct it. So now, after going in today to correct her mistake, she made it better but still not 100% in love. But it's close enough so I'll keep it. After the appointment was over I got a text from her saying she can no longer see me anymore. Like what? I'm confused. I wasn't planning on going back but the fact that she said " recent problems and complaints" is what pushed me over the edge. The audacity. I complained once. Was polite about it and treated her with respect even though I was concerned about her skill level. So I felt the need to share what kind of person she is in case you were planning on seeing her. I guess It's become too much to pay for a service to be performed and to actually receive the results they said they can deliver. Who knew?
