This review goes to the wonderful hair stylist (my new hair…read morefairy) Mrs. Christine. Looking for a new hair stylist can be challenging! It took a lot of research for me to find one that I could trust. With that being said, please allow me to save you the time!!! If balayage is what you are looking for, Christine is the perfect one! She is super friendly, easy to talk to, welcoming and makes sure that you are taken care of! From Little things like offering snacks or water/ coffee to drink to being attentive making sure the water rinse is not too hot and even offering if you would you like to walk around to stretch your legs after you been foiled! She is so thoughtful even as far as offering to stop her foiling process to check if you need to use the bathroom or have a sip of your hot coffee (she gave) or water. To be honest I was still uneasy!!! I think she knew that!!! During our conversation, I found out that she had been doing hair for 10 years and balayage is her expertise!!! I mean no kidding!! Look at the magic fairy dust mumbo jumbo she did to my hair. Amazing isn't it? Well to me it is and I absolutely love how it came out. I would highly recommend Mrs. Christine. :)

Sana was INCREDIBLE! My hair is light brown; I'd attempted a blonde-ing session a few weeks prior…read moreat a salon out of state and wound up w. A super brassy look that was nothing near the inspo. I texted with Sana ahead of my appointment and shared some photos of the journey so far as well as my desired outcome and she absolutely NAILED IT. She was so patient with me and made my hair look even better than I'd imagined. She took such careful care with the bleach to not damage my hair but also ensure she left it long enough to get the desired look. She also explained everything to me as she worked which was nice since I never really understood the full process. I learned so much and had a lovely afternoon in her chair. Cannot recommender Sana enough. The studio is also beautiful located on the water.

Nightmare.. I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable color services.

I've been going to Audrey for the better part of a decade but I've never left a review. Maybe it's…read morebecause she has never asked me to. Probably also because when you find someone as talented as Audrey you're tempted to keep it to yourself for fear that it will get too hard to get in for a haircut. Audrey consistently gives the best haircuts I have ever had. She has this uncanny way of understanding exactly what you want even when you're having a hard time explaining it. It's a joy spending time with her - she is a cool and interesting person and we always have great conversations. I could mention that she serves the Woodbridge area but I drive nearly an hour for my appointments (which I try hard never to miss or reschedule) so really if you're in Northern Virginia she's close enough.

Ladies, you all know how stressful it can be to find a new stylist so you can understand the great relief I had when I came back to the area and was able to get back in Reina's salon!! She always listens and somehow magically gives you what you are looking for. Again, for me in the military I need to be careful of my color and she's successful every time. Plus I like my hair a certain length so I'm still able to put it in a bun, and she's always gotten that right too. She is very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a new stylist, go to Reina, you won't be sorry!

I had a wonderful experience at statements with Christine as my stylist!…read more I was pleased at arrival that the salon is beautiful and upscale, and reservations and check in and out was easy. Christine greeted me and gave a thorough explanation of her ideas based on the pictures I showed her, which I really appreciated. I…read morescheduled an appointment with a Tier 6 hair stylist (Ester who I don't know) and my appointment was today, Friday 26 June 2026, I show up 20 minutes early and the receptionist says Vinny will be right with you. I said I thought my appointment was with Ester? She said she was not available. I asked what tier stylist Vinny was. She said tier 3. I said my appointment was with a tier 6 stylist and asked if one was available. She said no would you like to reschedule (after I had already scheduled and drove up there). I decided to just move forward with Vinny and then got a lousy haircut by someone no interpersonal skills and no interest or talent in styling hair. After a year of growing my hair out and the very first experience in a hair salon, I honestly wish I never went there. The service sucked, the stylist sucked, the whole vibe sucked meaning a bunch of nonprofessional teenagers that have zero customer service skills. So no, I would never recommend this salon (if you can even call it that).
