I had honestly given up on my hair after hating the way my blonde looked, but she provided so much relief by finally fixing the tone and getting it exactly right. I'm a 50 year old man, grew my hair out for a year, have never seen a hair stylist in my life. I…read morescheduled an appointment with a Tier 6 hair stylist (Ester who I don't know) and my appointment was today, Friday 26 June 2026, I show up 20 minutes early and the receptionist says Vinny will be right with you. I said I thought my appointment was with Ester? She said she was not available. I asked what tier stylist Vinny was. She said tier 3. I said my appointment was with a tier 6 stylist and asked if one was available. She said no would you like to reschedule (after I had already scheduled and drove up there). I decided to just move forward with Vinny and then got a lousy haircut by someone no interpersonal skills and no interest or talent in styling hair. After a year of growing my hair out and the very first experience in a hair salon, I honestly wish I never went there. The service sucked, the stylist sucked, the whole vibe sucked meaning a bunch of nonprofessional teenagers that have zero customer service skills. So no, I would never recommend this salon (if you can even call it that).

I had a wonderful experience at statements with Christine as my stylist!…read more I was pleased at arrival that the salon is beautiful and upscale, and reservations and check in and out was easy. Christine greeted me and gave a thorough explanation of her ideas based on the pictures I showed her, which I really appreciated. She was enthusiastic and technical which really helped build trust on my first appointment. We opted for a balayage and cut and I couldn't be happier with the result. I will definitely be back!

Nightmare.. I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable color services.

A whole decade and some change later I'm still getting my hair done by Liz! In college I finally decided to go for short hair and Liz was the only person I trusted to make that transition with. In fact I was one of her first male clients and I called myself her 'lab rat' as she experimented with different clippers and such so she could expand her talents further than what she already had. If you're looking for a stylist who actually listens and creates what you want with your hair, Liz is the person to see. She's absolutely thriving in her new studio and listens to exactly what her clients ask. Even other stylists pop in her studio to check in and ask for advice every time I'm there. Liz is a masterpiece!

I've been going to Vivian for years and had a couple bad haircuts, but she fixed them. The last…read moretime she cut my hair I didn't realized how messed up my hair was until I washed it and curled it. Hair was so uneven and short in some spots and longer in others. I always asked that she cut my hair leaving the top longer than the sides and my hair on top was the same length as my sides. The back was really short in spots that when I curled my hair it was popping out and I constantly had to curl on part and curl the other which made me work harder and takes longer. One might ask why I didn't go back to her, honestly it was the worse cut she provided on my head, and I would not give her the satisfaction to touch my hair ever again. I started to schedule an appointment with one of her co-workers so they could see how she is not consistent with doing hair and how uneven it was throughout my head. She wanted to go to Costco's and maybe that's where her head was. I don't not recommend Vivian in the Woodbridge Hair Cuttery located at Merchant Plaza. A very nice lady but will mess your hair up for sure. I'm truly sorry to write this review but I can't leave without others knowing my experience after years of her and only her cutting my hair.

The owner, Seble is truly exceptional. Her view on customer service is top-notch; she took the time to listen to my needs and offered thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited my style. It's clear that she genuinely cares about quality. The salon itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made me feel even more comfortable during my visit. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the salon, from the waiting area to the styling stations. What stood out the most was Seble's pleasant demeanor. Her calming presence made me comfortable booking an additional appointment for my 2 and 4 year olds and she did very well with each and managed a very fidgety toddler with cool and ease. I've since been back a total of 3 times. If you're looking for a hair salon that combines exceptional service, cleanliness, and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend her salon.
