They may have been short staffed because my mom's nail tech had to get me started for my previous gel nail removal and then got to get started on my mom's and then other nail techs would check in on me until someone else was ready around 6:20ish. He sort of just pointed in the general area to pick a color. So I did. I had two nail techs. One did the polish removal while the other lady was finishing up and put me in the foot soaker. The other lady did the rest of my pedi. They were both very nice and friendly. I had nice conversation with one of them and that made the pedi experience a positive one. I went to pay and mentioned to the nail tech, wow, those glitter colors over there are so nice, I wish they were regular polish. She said they are regular. So I said, but the guy said I could only pick from there (a certain area). So she showed me all the colors I could select from on two different walls and a whole other wall in the back. So I said he did a poor job explaining. He walked up for something and I said you only told me these were the colors, I wish you had told me about all the other ones. His response was, "Next time. You'll be back," and sort of walked to the back again. In a day where there is a nail salon on literally every other block, in every strip mall - one can't be so assuming the customer will be back.
