Most of the nail techs there are high school students with little experience, the girl that was doing my nails would take time to file her own nails rather than doing mine and was on her phone, and the overall vibe was very awkward in the salon considering the fact that the owner Lani speaks to them in a rude manner and wouldn't speak to me instead would say "what is the client getting done?" "What color?" "How is she paying?" As if Im invisible and she can't just ask me?. My nails are bumpy and they look like I already need to get a fill, I literally just got them done 3 days ago. Don't waste your money.

A friend booked 2:00 PM appointments for three of us. We were running late, and she called ahead to say we'd be about 15 minutes behind. When we arrived, my two friends were seated right away. I stepped aside for a quick 5-minute work call, then told the staff I was ready. No one acknowledged me. I watched them seat another customer, and then a walk-in who arrived after me, while I sat there until 2:55. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told they had "waited 15 minutes" for me. If they weren't going to take me, all it took was telling me so I wasn't left sitting for 25 minutes. I asked if this was really how they wanted to treat a longtime customer who would not be coming back. They said yes, so I left. I'm sad to end this relationship, but being ignored and then dismissed isn't the kind of customer service I'll keep paying for or recommending.
