I am so happy with the new location of the salon. It's better visibility, enough parking, and it's right by Trader Joe's. I've been coming to Rebecca for two decades. That tells you she is a really good Master hairstylist. Over the years I have gotten so many different haircuts, and fun colors ranging from blonde, burgundy, pink, and now three shades of purple. Rebecca has a very fun personality and she'll know everything about you by the time you're done with your session. I'm also glad that this place now has manicure and pedicure available. I'm going to be trying that out this weekend. It's a very clean and safe Salon. When you enter your temperature will be checked and provided hand sanitizer. I went to see Eka from Salon Dion for the first time and I was blown away! Not only she has great knowledge on how to cut hair but she also has a great eye to see what would work best for the shape of your face. You think it would be expected of a hair stylist to do so, but I've been in LA for 30 years, and Eka was the first one to even mentioned the shape of my eyes and face before getting me a hair cut! My hair is curly but I do straighten it sometimes and both styles are easy to achieve with my new hair cut! THANK YOU EKA!!!!!! I am very particular about my hair color! Coppery ginger - not red, burgundy, blonde red, etc. I've had my hair look yellow, brassy, pinkish at the roots. rebecca is an incredibly talented and super sweet stylist! so so happy i found this salon. i came in with this brassy, grown out blonde from my friend dying my hair pink several months ago, and i left a brunette with gorgeous red highlights. it was perfect and exactly the transformation i was looking for! the salon itself is very cute, clean, and cozy. it's not one of those ultra high-end salons where you feel like they're going to charge you $500 just for breathing. i think the pricing was quite reasonable, especially for LA and for the amazing quality. overall, 10/10 experience and i'm thrilled to have found rebecca! i will definitely be coming to her from now on for as long as i stay in LA. read more

RECOMMEND!! I haven't bleached my hair in such a long time and when I finally decided to do it, I wasn't 100% happy with it. I'm thinking maybe I'm not used to light hair anymore. But I realized it wasn't what I wanted. It was a caramel color that turned really brassy. Eka was great! She was able to color correct the color and got it to what I wanted. She layered my hair and gave it more volume. Naturally I have thick strands so it's really heavy. After Eka layered it, there's life back in my hair! Highly recommend Eka. End result was great and a complete change for me without being something scary. I got charged $220 for hair cut and then full highlights which was around the same that other salons in the area were charging. Eka is intuitive with hair. As you talk to her about what you are looking for, she plays with your hair, getting to know the texture, the way it falls, the feel of your hair. She is quite honest of what would look good on you and makes sure that what she does is what you will be happy with. The process of the cut, Eka is friendly and a great conversationalist but she also let you know what her next moves are. I went to her for a good 3 years and a few of those times, I trusted her enough to say "do what you think is right" and she does a cut that I didn't think would look good on me (Yes, to some of you, I know that is a hard thing to do. I don't recommend that to everybody. But it was something that was cool to experience.) Eka is also AMAZING with color. She is selective on the products she uses and makes sure that the texture of the hair looks and feels natural at the end. She also gave me a red/black ombre BEFORE ombre was even popular. ANDRES is the best when it comes to color (cut as well, but JUST GETS IT when it comes to coloring - especially dark hair (I am dark brown who usually goes lighter). I forgot to write a review when i got my cut but basically they are amazing at what they do. I had really long hair and wanted to cut it all off and get a pixie or a-line bob. When i told her what i wanted she told me i wouldn't be able to pull off the a-line but could do the pixie. I myself wasn't sure of cutting all my hair so it really made me confident in her when she wasn't afraid to say no to me! Thats what i needed! She took her time cutting my hair and went really into detail in making sure everything was even! This is the first time i got a cut and was actually happy with my hair leaving the place!
