I could hear everything the customers and stylist were yelling to talk over the water loud water! It was really loud and took away for any sort of relaxation from the facial! Also, I book only added the dermaplaning to the facial because of the add attached! I ever asked about this special when I booked and was told, "yes" I could use this special and get the dermal as a few adding. Nope! When I checked out I was giver a bill for $221 for a signature facial. My jaw dropped, the facial was nice but I was told $129. I asked about the special and was told that is for my next treatment. What?? That is not what I was told, nor does this special specify this. I added a picture of the special to show how that would not be how customers would interpret this special!
