I arrived at the salon early for my appointment and was greeted very warmly and offered water/coffee while I waited. The salon is spacious and very clean. My hair was a complete mess from growing out a bad haircut and Jamie took her time to understand what I liked or didn't like about my hair. Every step of the way she explained what she was going to do and how she was going to do it so that I could achieve a style that allowed my hair to grow out the way that I wanted. Without being pushy, she recommended a product to help with the health of my hair, and I ultimately purchased it. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. I went in for a consult which was really nice as I was unsure what I wanted to do. Laurie was very helpful with her honest opinion and suggestions. I am going on vacation so I wanted to book an appointment with her but she was booked up. She scheduled me with Maddie who did a wonderful job. We discussed my options and she did exactly what we discussed and really helped my nerves about cutting off a few inches of my hair. Way better than great! I went in for the 1st time to see Laurie. I read a review on Yelp, went to the site, liked her profile for background in wavy hair and booked it. Simple as that. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and I didn't have to wait very long to get in. All pluses for me! I got there a little ahead of time, they were on time, very welcoming. I really enjoyed Laurie, a lovely soul. I explained what I wanted and she totally understood, AND DID IT! She got as close as she could to the photo I provided, considering it was a rescue mission on my part. I had been cutting my hair, little by little, fix, cut, even out for the last few weeks....slippery slope! She did an awesome job and didn't even laugh at what I'd done to myself, it had to take great restraint. Another thing I appreciated, not everyone wants to be an open book of their personal lives and family issues. People think they are asking innocuous questions about family, relationships, even work, that will garner a superficial and pleasant conversation. But some people have had very difficult times and there is no way to talk about these things. I loved that she didn't go there! I was dreading it, holding my breath, and bless her heart, she didn't go there. Hurray! Today I washed it to see what I could do with it and it was super easy to style and looks great, kind of sassy! I just moved here and have been looking for a new salon. First off this salon is SUPER cute inside. Pink and girlie and just so fun. On top of that they are fully stocked on drinks and snacks while you wait and during your services. Jamie cut my hair and I would have paid her for the head and neck message alone! WOW!!! I have been looking for a specialized stylist for curly/wavy hair who can actually cut my hair wet/dry because of the waviness of my hair but also be able to texture cut because I have a ton of hair... AND I FOUND HER!! Her name is Mac and she is AMAZING. She took her time and really did such a great cut! I'm thrilled. Such a cute and comforting salon!! Right off the bat the ladies were super sweet and welcoming. They offer snacks and drinks for their customers while they wait. I had sooo many split ends and botch bangs but isabel was able to save my hair! Let me tell you that girl KNOWS what she's doing. And the hair wash before the cut . Im not sure who finished off the wash but they gave me a heavenly scalp and neck massage. Seriously melting just thinking about it. Laurie & Jonas were amazing - I've always wanted a consultation on what to do with my hair since it is curly and I've never felt great about a cut after leaving the salon. Laurie took the time to listen to my questions and recommend a style. She gave me a great cut and Jonas gave a magical scalp massage & blow out. They also guarantee their work and let you come back the day after if for some reason you didn't like it after washing it/styling it yourself. I don't think I've ever reviewed a salon before. I only get my hair cut like once a year so I never go to the same person twice. I found Laurie on yelp, she had good reviews and was close so, sure. The customer service was amazing, she did a fantastic job with my hair and gave me a lot of great tips for the future and she doesn't charge just to dry your hair. That's something that bugs me about salons. $15-20 extra just to dry??? No way. She told me "you should never leave a salon with wet hair, so I'm not going to charge you extra for that!" I appreciated that SO MUCH! I may have to start getting my hair cut more than once a year now. Definitely going back to Laurie! read more

I've been going to the stylist Tori on and off for 4 plus years. She has an accurate hand and creative eye. She's taken me from pink hair to mermaid hair to platinum blonde hair, with equal fluidity each time. Every time she colours my hair, people ask who did it and compliment it. Her stylist manner is also fantastic, where she knows when to chat you up or when to let you relax into the wicked scalp massage she gives. Cut to the chase.... (no pun intended) I found my forever hair salon. Yes I was a little nervous, but Laurie took her time examining and meticulously cut and styled my hair waaay better than I could have imagined. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
