When I walked in I was met with a relaxing and soothing atmosphere, from the cleanliness of the studio, to the friendliness of the staff. Patricia was kind gentle and sensed my inner turmoil. She was kind without being intrusive and I felt completely at ease with her. We chatted and I explained my personal issues and she was very understanding. Patricia was kind, gentle and did everything she could to make me feel like a person again. She gave me amazing highlights and I picked the color purple she was very skilled and I was impressed with how quick she was. !!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! This one is tough...Heather was actually pretty good...but her services Demi my the subpar condition of the salon. The facility is really a crappy hole in the wall, with outdated everything. Nothing appeared to be sterilized, and there was a clear lack of cleanliness. No greeter, no beverages offered, no head extension for the tilt back shave and no towel on my neck for the hair wash (that's gross actually). Seems like a waste of heathers talent, hope she goes to a better saloon! As an update: the owner/manager decided to try and point tigers at the stylist instead of just accepting my feedback as what it is. Then she lied. When I made my original appointment I was trying this salon for the first time, when she recommended Heather I specifically asked if she was a tenured stylist as I'm a bit particular about my hair and didn't want someone newer working on me. I spent over $600 on my extensions elsewhere. I came here for a quick TONER (easy) and trim. The owner took off over an inch and a half when I had only asked for half an inch. Now my extensions are done for, obviously cannot grow that back. I showed her a photo of what color I wanted for my hair which was a chocolate brown. And she asked me ashy to clarify and proceeded to do a DARK reddish violet on me and it's way darker than the photo I showed her. I have a wedding to attend this weekend and my hair is not even close to what I had asked for. Very upset on this outcome. read more

Unfortunately I was not happy with my end result. I asked for a balayage and although it looked pretty when I left, after further inspection there were many strands that were orange and all of the blond had a green undertone. My whole family agreed it did not look well and didn't go well with my skin tone. Once I straitened my hair, you could see how the balayage was not blended in right - looked more like chunky highlights spread unevenly near my roots. I contacted them and their response was to come back but of course for a charge. My friend who has lighter hair had a good experience so maybe it had to do with the fact that my hair is naturally a neutral black. I wouldn't recommend this salon if you have dark hair and unfortunately won't be going back. read more

The worst hair bangs I ever had. Lady didn't know what she is doing. She used wrong technique to cut layers bangs. She cut mine straight out and very ugly, not even straight. It looks choppy. Stay away, worst hair experience ever!!! First time in salon, no introductions from owner as to her name or that she'd be doing my hair. Late for appointment. Very very rushed and rough, no pleasantries. Didn't let me see my hair whilst being dried, turned me away from mirror then gave me a quick flash at the end saying it looks pretty then straight over to pay. Left my hair one giant bleach ball and upon inspection at home there were orange pieces where the blonde hadn't been done properly and the base dark colour was blocky. Contacted her and she started to go on about it was my hair and I could go back in to rectify but why was it not done right the first time!!! Awful place, awful owner, awful service and results! Where do I start, so here I go. On April 8, 2021 I posted on Living Chandler group on Facebook looking for a colorist to grey out my hair completely. I had many responses but one stood out (why? Who knows), I responded to that one reply & called to set up an appointment to get what I thought, to get my hair grayed out. I was & still am tired of coloring my hair, so I figured going completely grey would be the way to go & keep my hair healthy. Whelp, not what I thought or got at this salon. I showed the lady/girl/person what I wanted & I did not get what wanted. I was discouraged from going completely grey with hint of purple (who's hair is it anyway). She stated that it will take time and bleaching to get what I wanted, okay. But I went with a dark color (Medium Cool Iridescent Brown/Cool Amethyst), my hair did not go that way at all. L/G/P started with bleaching my hair (applied to roots & worked down), I might not have a degree in Hair styling or coloring but I do know YOU do NOT apply the bleach to the roots first. You start on the ends & work up to the roots since your scalp is warmer than the ends. My scalp started to burn as she was applying the bleach to the ends; she went and made a second batch of bleach because my hair is thick & she did not measure correctly. Better to have extra than not. So here I sit with bleach on my scalp as she went to make more, I told her my scalp was burning. She gave me a rat tail comb to scratch my scalp as she went & play on her phone or computer (my eyes were on her the whole time). Now, we have moved over to the shampoo basins to rinse & she applies the color (RED), it was not even close to the color I asked for. She puts on a darker color (which washed out) next 2 days. I do a better job myself at home. Did I ever get compensated for my ruined shirt? No, not at all. A client was the go between & that shouldn't be the deal. The owner should of called me & see what can be done to rectify this but nothing. Oh & offering $15 for my shirt ain't nothing but paying $135 for a burn job & bad coloring is alot in my eyes. In addition, I did not get what I really wanted that day, like some hair stylist think I can't afford the price. I can & more. Never judge a book by its cover! EVER! I do not recommend this place at all. The client that talked about this place very highly tried to make a customer out of me but they lost one instead of keeping one. Not her fault. read more

About a year ago I came here with my oldest daughter when she needed to have her BRIGHT blue, magenta, and purple hair-dye removed and brought back to something more natural (she was job hunting). It was not an easy task, but Naomi did a phenomenal job. A few months after that I brought my other daughter in to see Naomi after she had a terrible chop-job from another salon.
