I looked at a number of them, and she would take one down answer my questions and then return it back to its original spot. June even took different ones down based on what I was looking at. I told her she was very patient, and she kept a smile on her face the whole time. Very friendly and customer oriented. Finally, I found one and asked if she could cut the lace on it and she stated yes once it's paid for. I followed her up to the front, she stated once you pay bring it to the back and I will cut it. The cashier Keavna was delightful, very polite with a great smile and a wonderful attitude. I paid for the wig and was going to take it to the back. I asked the security guard Myvon was it ok to take it back, he smiled and said your fine just walk straight to the back. Not to many security guards smile now a days. I remembered that I needed a couple more things after giving it to June to cut. I walked back to the front looking for my other items. I then met another young lady named Keza who was absolutely helpful and delightful. I asked her a few questions and she was able to answer them. Especially, about the hair product, and being honest about it. I was impressed with the store and the employees. I had actually went to another store the day before and not one person spoke to me. When leaving the store after I was done, Myvon the security guard said I hope you have a wonderful rest of the day and be safe out there. As I finally got to be next in line, both associates were busy helping customers with in-store purchases. One customer at checkout decided she wasn't quite finished browsing, leaving the associate and me awkwardly waiting for several minutes. While I stood there, Shay came up front as she was about to clock out for the night. She noticed me standing there empty-handed and quickly realized I was probably there for a pickup. Without hesitation, she stepped in and kindly helped me herself. I truly appreciate Shay going above and beyond to assist me, especially when she was already off the clock.
