We've been to Kohl's several times a year and we always browse around the Sephora area. We normally go across the street near Costco to shop in the Sephora standalone store, though. Employees are friendly and helpful. The area was kept up and neat. Since it's inside the Kohl's store, it is limited. Overall, a nice addition to Kohl's. read more

I ended up shopping at this Elk Grove Kohl's because the one on Calvine Rd. (which is a closer drive for me), had a disappointing selection of men's dress shirts among other things. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this location had a Sephora store within! After some successful clothes shopping, I couldn't wait to check out all the skin care products and the latest in cosmetics! I'm not one to spend a lot of money on myself, but I was sort of reenergized to find items that were specific to older women, and got caught up in the high end lines with promises of looking younger. I have shopped here a few times already, and find browsing the aisles fun and therapeutic. The staff members are always nearby ready to help and answer questions. My last visit was very enjoyable as a handsome young man was eager to show me some items that might interest me. He seemed very knowledgeable! They now carry some of the "Hum Nutrition" supplements. Of course, I'm always willing to try new things! Not every product is that expensive. In fact, some were very reasonably priced! So I managed to splurge on a few things that may or may not improve my appearance. Only time will tell..... I'm pretty sure I will be back and keep trying! In addition, while there, you get an opportunity to sign up for their Beauty Insider Benefits via email. That way you can earn 1 beauty point for each $1.00 spent. Notices are sent to you about any sales, new products, sample rewards, exclusive gifts, seasonal savings events, and a free birthday gift, among many other eligibility products. The Sephora inside Kohl's is usually a lot quieter than the normal stores. Stock is limited but Juanita helped me pick out a new foundation color which matched so perfectly. She was super nice and helpful! read more

This Sephora is inside the Kohl's store. The store is quiet compared to the regular Sephora standalone store. They have fewer items too. It is okay if you're shopping at Kohl's and you want to pick up a few common items they have there without making another trip to one of their regular full-size stores. The lady working there is pretty nice. She did give us a nice greeting. read more

My daughter & I had the Hydra Facial & Lip treatments! My skin feels very supple and dewy. Maria was so entertaining and educational! We had soo much fun seeing WHAT was removed from our skin. And loved the relaxing massage to apply the serum. Highly recommend! As an added treat, Daniel did a mini makeover with Saie products. This is a company that has done research and developed a makeup line that is great for your skin (ask about the salad for your eyes ). read more

Brand new Sephora in Costco Center. Neat, nicely organized, and excellent, friendly staff members. Good supply of cosmetics, skin care and fragrances. Fragrances had limited supplies, likely due to the backlog of items nationwide. I was looking for a new fragrance and opted for the Dior Roses and Roses rollerball. I want to try this before I purchase the ginormous bottle. Love it. New store, grand opening event, scratch off's for free items. I walked out with several freebies in addition to my purchase. Ample parking! Great experience. There is still a mini Sephora store inside Kohl's; that will remain open. read more

Review for Sephora inside Kohls. I have never seen a costumer be treated with such disrespect. The Sephora manager was extremely rude and disrespectful she looks to be around 23 years of age but was clearly raised with no manners, the way she was talking to the older costumer left me speechless I saw her shake a piece of paper in the costumers face and was being very confrontational. The costumer clearly looked scared by her behavior. I am really blown away by how she can have the position she has with the level of maturity that she has displayed . My only regret was not stepping into the situation and helping that poor lady. I will never come here again if this is the way they treat their costumers. I would advise everyone to go to the Sephora by Costco they have great costumer service. read more

*Disclaimer* I'm writing this review on behalf of my lovely wife, who is not an avid Yelper... :) On the hunt for a super exclusive matte lipstick that can only be found at Sephora, my wife and I went to the Sephora that is conveniently located inside of this Kohl's. We found the shelf that contained the brand of lipstick that she was looking for; however, the particular matte style that she looked for appeared to be discontinued. As we were about to dejectedly exit the Sephora shop, an employee by the name of Justine warmly greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. We explained the "dilemma", and she confidently walked my wife through similar products. After looking at multiple color samples, my wife decided on a new matte lipstick color and a lip liner that appropriately complimented the lipstick. Lastly, Justine provided my wife with a sample of a highly recommended makeup remover (much appreciated since all makeup removers are not created equal). As suggested by Justine, my wife signed up for the Sephora "Insider" program, which automatically gave her a 10% discount off of her purchase. To add sprinkles on the cupcake (a nice moist cupcake sounds good right about now, but I should digress), my wife received a free bronzer as a gift for her upcoming birthday! Everyone was really nice until we got up to the counter to pay. The lady helping us was really nice, but I asked if I could get a birthday gift (last time I came they were out) and the other worker "Annika" immediately blurted out "NO it resets every year sorry" she wasn't my cashier nor was anyone even talking to her. She was so rude and I tried to explain they were out the last time and she said "lots of people have birthdays in December and November so we run out a lot." Like? Everyone here was so helpful. I appreciated them not making me feel like it was a hassle by asking if they had a product in the back. Sephora is generally a good retailer with an excellent selection of products. Unfortunately, they have a major issue with gift card scams (Google it). This happened to me with a gift card given to a relative who went to use it and found zero balance. They will neither secure their gift cards nor make it right when their customers are scammed. Hard to recommend such a business. read more

Brand new Sephora inside Kohl's. My friend and I was looking for a good skin care routine and Mirage was so nice and sweet. He showed us everything we needed to know and provided us so much information. He is super knowledgeable! Anything we brought up that we researched ahead of time he knew! Anything that he is unsure about he was honest. He would say "I personally haven't tried it yet but other clients said they loved it." So I'm glad he is honest with us. He recommended a couple different sunscreen, vitamin C, and retinol that I was looking for. Ranging from affordable or beginners skin routine depending on each of us. If you're looking for skincare ask for Mirage! He literally helped us for almost an hour. I felt bad. I was hoping he would be able to get commission or something since he helped us so much! Monday was my first time shopping at this Sephora location and honestly I'm impressed. It was Labor Day so it was very busy but the two workers there I believe were Zara and Miraj were soo kind. I can tell they were a bit overwhelmed but they truly did go out of their way to make me feel welcome and help me out. I got a really good shade match my first try and overall enjoyed my experience.
