The deals were too good as…read moreI got all of this for less than $60, so it was a good time to stock up on products I know I love already. Four of the products were on clearance and they're from the Protective Styles line by Cantu. I purchased the Set & Refresh Foam and the Braiding and Twisting Gel for $4 each. The Hair Refresher spray and the daily oil drops were only $2 each. The most expensive thing I purchased was 30% off and by the brand Roux. I was enticed by the pink formula and reading keratin was in it, I figured why not! I hope its work matches my high hopes. I also got a freebie of a mini Biosilk Silk Therapy. I have the generic brand of Chi which I believe is similar, but this new freebie is definitely getting added to the travel bag. Service - good. It was slow and I was the only person in the store for some time just browsing. I was greeted and when I asked for help, I was shown where the foam rollers are. They don't have a large selection so I'll check what they have online but customer service was up to par.

It was great for 1 of my friends who at that time was also in school to become a Hairdresser/Cosmetologist. Stepping back into one of their chain stores brought back the nostalgia. Prices are still reasonable for retail shoppers like me, even if you don't have a cosmetology or beauty business license for their wholesale/industry prices. They still have sales/discounts on various products through the year. When I go here, I like buying the salon quality shampoo/conditioner in the bulk sizes for the value and to refill my shampoo/conditioner at home. The service reps here are helpful and nice.

She talked me into coming to get a facial and I had no idea what to expect. It's been years since I had a facial. KK was suppose to do my facial, but wasn't available so CiCi (or spelt CeCe) took care of me instead. Yo! The facial hurt like hell! Had me tearing up, lol. It was painful, but my face felt so nice and clean afterwards! CiCI was very nice and sweet. She was honest and very knowledgeable. She showed me the paper with my ugly pores and gunk, lol. It was disgusting. We even joked around a bit too! I have a lot of tattoos and I mentioned how the facial hurts more than getting a tattoo, lol. But the massage was very comfortable and relaxing. The entire process was overall excellent and I enjoyed it. I caught myself dozing off a few times. Yes, my face was red after but also glowing. CiCi also said that I have some skin tags she can pluck or laser them off next time. She mentioned there is numbing cream which I'll probably need. I heard it's painful, lol. I'm scared. But I'll have to come see CiCi again soon! Thank you! Highly recommend! I can't say how much it was because I don't even know since it was my mom's treat.

What I love about Beauty Legend is that the staff is amazing -- knowledgeable, evaluating your skin and explaining what is being done and what is recommended. No pushy sales, no pushy products -- just simply caring for your skin and recommending what would work for your skin type! As the facials are solely dependent on your skin type -- the focus caters to the person. For me, my facial started with steam, exfoliating, extraction of black heads and pores, following a neck and head massage. And then, masking and hydration. Products used are hydrating for my skin. I also had other areas that I wanted to focus on my skin and my concerns were addressed and treatments were recommended. The whole treatment and process was incredible -- the extractions did hurt but it was necessary and my skin feels so much cleaner and better. I truly trust KK and Cece and I appreciate their kindness and care when it comes to my skin. Looking forward to my next treatment -- worth the wait and totally worth the drive! Definitely deserves more recognition; small space but filled with lots of wisdom and experience in the beauty industry; love and care for your skin; such a hidden gem! I stopped in because I'm running low on my usual moisturizer and was planning to restock. I've been loyal to the same one for a while, but I recently fell in love with a different brand's face wash and was considering switching to their moisturizer as well. The only downside? It was significantly more expensive and my partner's immediate reaction was basically, "Expensive = no." Sensing my hesitation, a salesperson came over and offered to help. After I explained what I was looking for, she actually suggested a completely different brand. She gave me a sample to try, and even hours later, my skin still felt moisturized. The best part? It performed just as well (if not better) than the others I was considering and it was cheaper. What made the whole experience even funnier was that another customer nearby had the exact same dilemma. She overheard the recommendation and ended up grabbing the product too. At checkout, they were also giving out additional samples of the brands other products, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience thanks to thoughtful and helpful service. Note: Yes, I've selected not to mention any brands by name.

I told her I was returning an item and had originally paid with a credit card. She then took me aside with her handheld device and began to help me. Before we could continue, the manager came over and said she couldn't process my return there and that I needed to go back and wait in the regular line at the counter. By that point, the line had already become long and zigzagged again. I had already waited once, and being told to start over felt unfair and incredibly frustrating. I ended up leaving without completing my return. As a customer who had already done my part by waiting in line, I feel I should have been helped next at the counter instead of being sent to the back again because of an internal miscommunication.
