I would not recommend for any child who is not able to sit still on their own. More recently, my hubby has even started getting his haircut here! He sees Candy, and has been a few times now. He has told me that he likes that she notes what she did to his hair in the computer so when he goes back she knows exactly what to do/what he likes. So.... The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5.... Avoid ModSquad at all costs if you are looking to get your nails done. For a pedicure, they are sorely lacking.... No massage chair to sit in. Basically a small barely heated tub for your feet. As far as finger nails, I wanted to get an acrylic fill but they don't do that here. My mani/pedi experience here was terrible. And for a mani/pedi, I was seriously here for about 4 hours. The poor girl truly had no idea what she was doing. Also very small polish selection to choose from. I would not advise anyone to ever go here for nails. They simply aren't equipped and should just stick with the hair aspect and not nails. Lastly, their website is easy to use and you can book online. My family will continue to get hair services at ModSquad for the foreseeable future!

I had appointment today for a shellac pedicure and my grand daughter a regular pedicure. Upon…read morearriving I said I had an appointment and they kept asking up I wanted to upgrade. They were speaking in a language that I don't speak but I could understand some of what they were say. I kept saying what we both wanted and to pick a color. Once we walked to chose our color they said just go to the pedicure chairs. Once sitting down they ask if we want to upgrade and I said no. I then asked if they have latex free gloves and they didn't know what kind they use. I asked to see the box and it says latex and I said I can't use use them as I'm very allergic to latex. I then asked can he do without the gloves and then another person who speaks and understands English and said NO. Meanwhile, I said I can't be in the room as I don't want to breath any latex and I went to my car. The person doing my grand daughters nails rushed doing her pedicure. There was no filing, shaping or calcus scrubbing done. Total time for her pedicure was just over 15 minutes. She chose white for the polish and it looks awful as you can see tiny little bumps on the polish. My grand daughter was very upset and tried to tell the worker how bad it was but said she all finish. Once my grand daughter got home her mother called the nail sail and wanted to speak to the manager. Once my daughter started to speak to another person and they hung up on her. She called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. I would never ever recommend this place to anyon! This nail salon deserves a -1!
