I went to get my lash extensions done by Natalie and that night my eyes were so swelled that I could barely open them. I text her and send her a picture of my eyes and ask if she could please remove because couldn't go to work or do anything my eyes hurt so much , she responded saying that she didn't feel confortable taking them off and that I should go to a doctor ‍ i never imagine that she will not answer any of my calls or text after she send me that message ! The joint was jumping as people were trying to get ready for the Superbowl parties and get their hair done before the storm. I came in to get my hair colored and cut, courtesy of my sister. I hate my real hair color, which was called "dirty dishwater blonde" when I was a kid and has darkened to pecan shell brown(ugh) as I went into adulthood. Nick was my stylist and I called ahead to get an appointment and the earliest I could get was 2 p.m. We did a consultation and what I wanted was a color like a jar of honey when you hold it to the sunlight. Near red, but not. Nick mixed two colors together and then as he was working, convinced me to add golden highlights to make it sparkle. 2 and one half hours later, I felt like a new woman-my hair was expertly shaped and when we looked in the mirror, we realized that the color I wanted was Adele's hair color! I've been meaning to leave a comment on this place. All I can say is one thing. Go to Courtney!!! Trust me. I'm picky and observant, and just her appearance alone stood out against the others. In a good way. There are always new faces there, and was hesitant to try it out again, but she was very professional and knowledgeable. I've never had anyone do such an amazing job. I was shocked at the amazing work she had done for the price too. She clearly has experience and jump am thankful I was lucky to have got her as my stylist. I honestly would've probably walked out if I was given one of the others. Thank you Courtney! You now have a client for life and can expect many referrals. Courtney is the best there. I went for a mani-pedi. My appointment was at 3:30 and I had to wait because the appointments ahead of me were late coming in. It wasn't a big deal for me and the staff were very apologetic and nice. Sometimes things are outside their control, late clients being one of them. The technician was very nice and did an excellent job. read more
