I was going to make an appointment today and looked for the website for a phone number. (Which is disconnected) I'll have to get the current number when I walk in there. I usually just walk in anyway. But I just saw all these yelp reviews that were negative. But they were from a few years ago. I will say there's only ever two women working when I go and they're both very polite and they do a decent job. I wanted to clear the negative air, and say that the people that had a negative experience in the past were from five years ago (if these reviews are correct). And if they are the same ladies that currently work there? they have come along way and they always do a great job for me! The price isn't too bad either. I always get a pedicure with shellac and Full set with shellac and it's usually 100 total, including tip. If you want something fancy like from TikTok, I would suggest trying a different salon. But if you are just looking for the basics, I think this place does a great job. They take their time and don't rush. And in my opinion, that makes for better quality work. I was a walk in and didn't wait long at all. I was very impressed and the nail tech was very sweet!

I went in to get a full set. Cathy was the only one there. After she started she said your my first I don't really know what I'm doing. She said if you don't like them I will take them off and you won't have to pay. When she was done my nails looked like I had fans on them. They were so wide and thick it looked like a child had done them. When I told her they shouldn't tilt up but be parallel with the finger she got mad. She told me I wasted her product. She then cut off the top she put on and told me to soak. After 20 min of soaking in acetone as she ignored me, I scraped off what I could and told her I would finish them at home and walked out. read more

The lady who does my nails here is super. She's the only one that I will go to and I just can't say enough good about her. Her name is Kathy and I've watched the girl do pedicures while I'm getting my nails done and they look amazing I just don't let people touch my feet. If I did let people touch my feet I would definitely let this girl give me a manicure I'm not sure what her name is but she is very very skilled at what she does. Art nail is amazing you may have to wait but when you get quality you do have to wait. read more

Stay out of this salon. What a mess I had. Because I complained that one of my nails was crooked the woman threw a fricking fit I was just going to leave and not bother to let them finish. She threatens to call the police if I left. We finally settled on her redoing the one but after I screamed when she was trying to get the nail off she got mad again and started clipping them all off. Had to soak for like 30-45 minutes when I left I had acrylic all over my hands. One nail had been ripped and was bleeding. STAY OUT OF THIS SALON IF YOU VALUE YOUR HANDS AND NAILS. read more

Horrible service! Went in for a little R&R for me and my granddaughter. I only needed a polish change and I wanted to get a mani for my granddaughter. Needless to say I only had my polish removed by her. She cut ONE of my granddaughters nails, even though I told her no cutting. I decided since she was being verbally rude to us - to have her stop "working" on us. I gave her $10 for her "work" - and a $10 tip. I told her to quit being rude to ppl and maybe she'd have people in her store! The store was Completely empty and she was rude as fuck! Don't waste your time This place is definitely a last resort and even if you go there you probably won't be happy with the service she's not very good she makes up excuses why she can't see you even if she's not busy the salon can be empty and if she doesn't want to see you she'll make up some story to tell you she's got customers coming in but yet her store is empty You can go and try and see for yourself to see if I'm right or not or you can save your money and go someplace else worthwhile read more

Visited here 5-6 times and they do an ok job with nails, but really depressing place to be. Most every visit, the staff seems unhappy and like they do not want to be there. My sister and I had an appointment set for 1230 to come in and get acrylic full sets. We arrived at promptly 1220 and sat down in the waiting chairs. The staff did not even ask what they could do for us, or if we had made an appointment. We proceeded to sit in the waiting chairs for 1 hour until they finally took my sister back to start her full set. About 30 minutes into that they took me back as well. The man doing my nails did not even ask what shape or length I wanted but instead cut them then asked if they were okay. Probably should have told him to restart and give me what I had wanted to ask for originally but I didn't want to damage my nails or wait any longer then I already had. On top of that the paint job was rushed and did not have a desirable outcome. A couple of them busted or chipped in the first couple days so I ended up taking mine off. One of your typical hole in the wall nail places where the employees only partially speak English. BUT. This place is very professional, friendly, and quick. They are also open on Sundays. Also, great prices ($40 for a mani-pedi). I am always waiting until the last minute or wanting mani/pedis on the weekend and this place is great. I went to get Dip Powder removed and get a pink and white, could be acrylic. The technician pulled out cuticle clippers to remove the Dip Powder which is NOT correct, I told her this is a soak off product. I was then told she would not able to do my nails without applying tips, which I am assuming are the white tips. My nails are plenty long without tips and I did not want them cut. I left without getting anything done and will not be going back. I will find another establishment that knows what they are doing. read more

They are rude and unfriendly, I went for a pedicure and told the guy he could do this little girls manicure first (because she came in at the same time I did) and he looked at me never said a word and ripped his gloves off like he was all mad..Sat me in a broken massage chair so I could not even recline my seat or use the massage features, so as I sat there waiting soaking my feet in the water...they ended up doing two other people who had walked in AFTER ME!!!! I thought that was very unprofessional...then when she finally got to me, she rushed through my pedicure very quickly ..I didn't feel relaxed at all...just a rushed sloppy job..I got shellac so they would last longer and dry fast..she kept hitting my toes with the LCD light and just throwing it on top of my feet..just very dissatisfied with the service ..also they do not talk to you the whole time. I was there yesterday and I will Never go again. It was a horrible experience. Cathy, the tech, was very rude, rough, and made me so uncomfortable with her animosity that I paid in cash because I did not feel comfortable giving her my card. The pedicure was the worst I have ever had at a salon. It was very rushed, it included hot stones and warm towels that were each applied to my legs for no more than 10 seconds literally. My heels feel rougher than they did before I went in. I also had shellac completed and she was annoyed that I needed to "see" the color options before I picked. Seriously. When I saw a ripple on 1 nail she told me I did it although I had not moved. Trust me, do not go here. Terrible experience. So much tension and negativity in there. read more

"Gel" nails started lifting in just a few days. Pretty sure they weren't even true gels as it was a powder mix that felt just like acrylics. Went in and politely asked for a repair on lifted nails, was told to wait a half hour (ended up being 45 minutes) and then when it was my turn she refused to repair them. She offered a refund at that point but said she'd have to remove them first. Didn't want my nails damaged further and was short on time so I just left. Not sure why she didn't tell me when I first came in for a repair that she wasn't going to do it. They were a bit short and rude when I originally got the nails and pedicure and like another review said, seemed annoyed when I was asking about the differences between services. Would NOT recommend this place, they are rude and do a shoddy job. I signed up just to write this review, I'm not the type to complain and I'm overly polite and understanding. Was horrified at the rudeness I encountered here. Have had nails for years at lots of places and have never had these problems or experienced such lack of concern for customer satisfaction. read more
