I used to love this place!! This place has totally gone down hill! They ended up closing before the executive order went in place, which figures. The best nail person is Angie! The rest of the crew is full of mama's and pregnant mama's, no time to do a good job! I heard they want to open a new salon, Viv and Tim. But If they have the same talent they have now, it will fail. They lost a lot of good people and now it is just lazy sloppy work and a ton of broken nails. read more

Very clean. I called and asked if they are able to do intricate nail designs and was told yes. They are appointment only so I made an appointment (they had an opening for same day) and brought a picture. I was heading to vacation within the next couple days and told them I wanted some Disney themed nails and they seemed confident and knew "just the person" to do my nails and made my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was treated like I didn't call and speak to anyone and like I didn't have an appointment. They sat me down with a girl (never was told what her name was) and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Some colorful dots and lines (balloons on strings) and a small square and rectangle (house) if you're familiar with the Disney movie "UP" that's what I was going for. She told me no. I then pulled up a back up (white with black dots and small red/blue line and a gold dot) Dalmatian themed. She told me no again. So I was frustrated and just went with a "Mickey" she kept trying to talk me out of the color I chose and the color i chose for the Mickey. I got shellac and she never once allowed me to keep my hands under the light for the full minute in between coats. The whole vibe there made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I won't be going back, I only went because over the phone they told me they were able to do nail designs and I believed them. If you aren't a regular, it seems like you're not welcome. No new customers I guess. Paid more than I wanted to and left. Very upsetting all together. read more

I have been going to Q nails and Spa for a while now and the brothers Simon and Sam are amazing. Of all the five acrylic sets they are always beautiful and I am always pleased. I've been to other places and I gotta say that Q nails is the best. They are kind, and even funny at times and they have a great selection of colors, they can do all nail shapes. Very respectful of the customer and they listen to what the customer wants. read more

This place is awesome! They take appointments and made a time available for me less than an hour from when I called. The also did my shellac and pedi at the same time (which I prefer). She stated they will do them separately or together, whatever the customer prefers. The massage was AMAZING and everyone was so friendly and nice. I will for sure be back. read more

My pedicure was great she did an amazing job but the dip nails are a different story she didn't do them correctly and when I told her to fix them she just continued to keep doing my nails the way she wanted to. So frustrating read more

I called this morning because I was unsure if they took walk ins, they asked what I wanted and I told them a full set coffin shape. They asked what time I was coming (I told them 4) and they say no problem see you then! I arrived 10 min early because I wasn't sure if I was going to have to wait. I was seated right away and taken care of. My nail tech was Sam. He did and excellent job and was very personable! I made and appt for 2 weeks! Prices were great! read more

Today was the first time I went to Q Nails & Spa. I heard good things about it so I wanted to try it because my normal place has been very careless with the last couple times I've went. I enjoyed my experience at Q Nails & Spa. It was my first time getting dip nails and they look perfect! Everyone in there was friendly and I felt like actually enjoyed being there! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, friendly environment to get a manicure and pedicure. read more

I had one very good pedicure here about a year ago, but had the worst gel manicure and pedicure a couple days ago here I've ever had. They were incredibly lumpy and the tech kept accidentally touching my fingernails so she had to redo them. The pedicure (regular, not gel) was good except for the massage/lotion application. The tech was literally aggressive in beating my leg and he kept scraping the bottom of my foot with his thumbnail. Very unpleasant experience, I will not be returning. Don't get a gel manicure here. I had it removed somewhere else and my nails look so scratched and uneven from the buffing tool, they will take forever to regrow. read more

I went in around 7:15pm one evening. The salon is far from a spa and is instead a cramped, crowded nail salon decorated excessively tacky. They closed at 8pm and told me that I wouldn't be able to get both a pedicure and a full set. The tech then decided there would be enough time to squeeze in both! I was super excited and pleased by their good customer service. That feeling quickly disappeared however, when the staff continued conversations with each other in a tone that made me feel as though they were talking about me. I don't mind when nail techs speak their native language, but it is off putting when they make gestures towards you and the room cracks up in laughter. In any case, it is unprofessional conduct in a service industry. My pedicure was not well tended too. The massage was essentially nonexistent and my nails were dull by the time they dried. My full set had to be fully replaced less than a week and a half later because all of my nails began lifting and chipping at the edges. It was sad how easily the next nail tech was able to pop off the remaining ones in order to replace them. I was incredibly disappointed that I paid money for this job and surprised at how high other ratings are. read more

This is such a great place!! Everyone is talented and has a great attitude. We came in with a party of 9 for a wedding this weekend and they were very polite and were very funny. Recommend for parties and in general. Make appointment tho. read more

Moved to Michigan from California and was hesitant to start getting my nails and toes done again since I do fly back and fourth a lot, so I finally decided to look around and I found this gem! People are so friendly and welcoming, I had a deluxe pedicure which lasted so long, an I also had a white tip gel it was done by Sam he did an amazing job!
