They scheduled me a follow up appointment saying they could "undo" the toner with something that would not cause damage, literally half my hair has broken off since that visit, and they toned EVEN DARKER! They left me with toner for longer than I've ever been left. And the whole ordeal ended up costing over $215, looks like shit, and has ruined my hair. I took their online quiz and got 3 matches, but none of them had availability on the day I wanted. I ended up scheduling with Lynzie Quintero. I messaged Lynzie to ask about dimensional (babylight) coloring prices and they were sadly out of my current budget. I did switch that service out for the K-18 treatment which I've never done before. Lynzie was great throughout the appointment and very supportive of the questions I asked and patient with my inspo pictures. I came in after reading several reviews about her expertise in cutting Asian hair at an affordable price. I went in with my standard request: long layers and curtain bangs. Going into a hair salon, I always have an inspo pic in hand, but I know not to expect an exact match. Although there's a bit of a language barrier (I'm not sure if Windy speaks fluent English), I trusted her with the process, and she delivered. I wasn't sure how I felt about the shorter length, but after a few days, I'm pretty content with the outcome.
