Fast forward 2/27 I come in at 5:30pm for a walk-in half leg wax and they say their earliest is 6:30pm. Great no problem. I come back at 6:25, get checked in and the waxer runs from the back saying she's running 10-15 mins behind. Okay, life happens. Nearly 40 minutes later I'm still here waiting. Update: Service and aesthetician were actually great really enjoyed the experience and they did a good job. Timeliness and cleanliness of rooms can be improved upon but I would still recommend this location
