I had an OPI Gel Manicure done on Saturday, July 21st and the girl who did it was nice and friendly. However just 3 days after my service, my gel polish was lifting off of my nails and looked absolutely horrible. I've been getting gel polish (Shellac, OPI) done for a while now and know that the polish will last until you have it removed. So needless to say I was disappointed with the application. What made me decide to write this, is the fact that I called the Salon (and had to leave a message) to ask if they could fix the polish or take it off. I have yet to hear back from them. So I'm guessing that customer satisfaction is not high on their priority list. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your nail services.

My appointment with Biz was amazing. I loved all the little details to relaxation. Best shampoo I…read morehave ever received. Was so relaxing almost fell asleep at the shampoo bowl. Which for curly hair girlies getting your hair washed usually means knots and tangles and fingers stuck in all your hair. There was none of this. And they give a nice little scalp massage. Then when you return to your seat they give you a neck and shoulder massage with essentials to fit your mood. All complimentary! Biz, herself, was easy to communicate my desired look with and she understood it to a "T" and delivered great results. I absolutely loved my transformation. Going from long hair to short hair can be scary and Biz made sure we were both on the same page for expectations. I also loved how she didn't push product or add ons. I almost didn't book because of some negative reviews but after reading through them they seemed not very credible, I decided to give Tim a shot. I'm glad I did. He helped me choose a style from a few photos online, explained what would work best for my hair, and absolutely nailed it. He offered me coffee, never tried to sell me any products, and gave me honest advice on maintaining my hair. Tim is a genuinely down-to-earth guy who's passionate about what he does. She was very nice and was more than happy to work with my schedule.
