Walked in around noon and felt lucky to find what I was looking for. The ladies were nice told me someone would be shortly with me. Didn't even wait. Shannon came out and explained to her I needed a nail refill from which I originally had Acrylic with gel polish. Then she told me she actually uses the dipping powder for refill , was not a problem for me and I went for it, Thank God! Most of the time we stereotype on Asians being best at nail work but I was wrong this time. This girl is just as talented and fast to work with. After I told her I would also need my hair done, and she did beautifully. I'm glad I gave her a chance and if I'm back in O'hare I know I'll go back to salon 360 for sure! Patty Morales should have a parade in her honor for taming my super thick and curly hair! I have heard from many stylists in the past that I have the thickest hair they've ever encountered. I've gotten some terrible haircuts over the years as a result of stylists not knowing how to deal with all of my wavy/curly hair. Patty makes it look easy as she gives me a flattering cut that works with my hair's curl and texture- not easy to do! Patty is a total pro with color- my full foil highlights look natural and complement my skin tone every time. Patty is by far the very best stylist to work with my hair and she is also the ONLY stylist to ever be able to straighten my hair with just a round brush and a blow dryer! It looks beyond perfect and lasts for days when she blows it out. I truly look forward to my hair appointments because I know I'll look and feel good after Patty works with my hair. I say it with conviction and honesty because she does have miracle hands. I had Aime Rivas @ Salon 360 give me an amazing cut and color just recently and she did such an amazing job! I decided to go with her based off the other Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did! I initially came in for an all over color and a trim... but on a whim I decided I needed to go for a complete change in style and asked which kind of cut and different color(s) would look good on me. (I have had the long brown hair with long layers look for like 7 years or so). She gave me her honest opinion and we ended up doing a shorter long bob with caramel peek a boo baylage with darker hints of a dark brown intertwined in my already chocolate brown hair. It turned out so beautiful... both the cut and color. She is very talented and experienced and she has such wonderful technique it doesn't feel like you are in the salon hours on end! I went into Salon 360 for the first time two weeks ago and was impressed. The salon itself does not look like much from the outside, but the inside is spacious and clean. Aime Rivas did a phenomenal job with my highlights, low lights and cut. I went in and showed her pictures of what I liked and what I thought I wanted. She listened to me and was so patient, did not rush me and she really knew what she was doing. This was very important, as I am a breast cancer survivor and my hair is still very sensitive. I had a photo of what I wanted and she took the time to really feel what my hair was like to assess if what I wanted was possible, explained what might turn out different, and checked with me along the way of doing the styling. I just left salon. I feel as though the keratin treatment special you get for 150 is a rip off! The process, from experience takes a couple of hours. This was done to me on less than hour and half. My hair is not silky and smooth. I have had these treatment's done so I know how they should be. Waste of my time and money. Nena, did it. She is sweet, but I am assuming she has to follow salon rules and products. I won't be returning. I even brought a friend and Marianne did hers. She was in the chair, less than hour. Keratin treatments take longer and should be done carefully, not rushfully. I just got ripped off and feel horrible for bringing my friend here. read more

I'm not very loyal to one stylist mainly because I like to walk in and ask if they can do a quick service for me (usually when my gray roots start showing up). I'm very satisfied with this place and its stylists. People here are professional and experienced. I have a stylist in Chicago who I really like to go for cuts and more complex color, so I reserve this place for the smaller services.
