I needed hair and makeup for myself + 9 BM + MOB makeup + MOG makeup, with a start time of 6 AM and a finish time of 9:30 AM. And they delivered! First, for the trial - I wanted to time this at the same time as my engagement shoot. Risky, I know - in case it didn't turn out how I imagined but luckily, it did. I had to move it a couple times due to Covid or other scheduling reasons but they were very accommodating/flexible. It was just one less thing to be stressed out about. By the time I had my trial, I had already booked my date in them way in advance, so this wasn't an issue for me. On the day of the wedding, I was a little late to the venue because of car issues (of course that would happen to me the day of my wedding), so I probably got there at around 6:15, and the team was already finishing setting everything up. Linda did my hair, and Norma did my makeup. Denise and Gloria were the other two hair/MUA for the BMs. Both my hair and makeup held up, well after the wedding was over. For my hair, I wanted Hollywood-esque waves, and Linda pretty much nailed it. It looked exactly like the picture I showed her. My makeup was great too, though I wasn't as picky with the makeup as I was with the hair - I just wanted something wedding natural but not too muted, and with a hint of a fall look (if you are a bride, you will understand exactly what I'm talking about lol). I got a color touch up (single process), conditioning treatment and cut. I was not gypped of any product nor was my time with any service cut short-- I got the full treatment, and some fun conversations with other patrons and staff members while there. The salon is spacious, well-lit, and smells nice! I actually asked one of the workers if they use room scents and she said no. So that pleasant, clean, fresh scent was coming from the products!
