I thoroughly enjoyed the "Recovery Time" section of the FAQs as it gave a timeline of the healing process. Moreover, the website also allowed me to contact her directly via email for further questions I had before committing to the procedure. Instructions An appointment confirmation email was sent to me with pre & post care instructions and included vital information on WHAT NOT TO DO to ensure the procedure goes smoothly.  Post procedure instructions was provided PRIOR to the appointment and it made a difference as this allowed me to absorb the information early on. Coming from health care, I always start client discharge teaching from the time a client is admitted. I was able to experience this as a client and it truly made a difference in information retention. The Artist Angelia Tran has a professional and calm demeanor - she was able to address any questions and concerns I had. She definitely ensured I was 100% satisfied with the brow consultation prior to commence with the procedure and I am truly glad she did as this is a face I'll be wearing everyday! They didn't offer threading yet (my preferred service) so I went in for a wax, the girl took her time to explain things, review everything and have me approve of the shape and she filled them in with powder after which was nice. They looked awful and the shape was completely changed. Recently I decided I would go to them again for brows as I love the manicures they give and this time I went to the crowfoot location and AGAIN they messed them up so bad.
