And not only did she say that, but she delivered! 20 minutes later, I sat in her chair and got my face all cleaned up... Jillian was super sweet and did an excellent job doing some maintenance on my brows and cleaning up my lip. I'd go so far as saying she is meticulous in a good way. She even has this wonderful soft hand pillow that she uses so that her hand is not constantly rubbing up against your face as she works. I'd never experienced that before and I loved it. I left TBS feeling like a new woman! If I lived in Calgary, I'd likely be a loyal customer of TBS / Jillian. She must be doing something right as she's been working there for almost 10 years! I highly recommend paying Jililan a visit if you're in need of any facial hair removal. Recently I decided I would go to them again for brows as I love the manicures they give and this time I went to the crowfoot location and AGAIN they messed them up so bad. I sat for about an hour with her pushing quite hard on my eyes trying to get the lash lift pad to stick (for roughly 15 minutes per eye). At one point she got perm solution in one of my eyes but I was worried to mention it because I felt that it would have been worst had she tried to fix it since she had no idea what was going on. It's quite negligent to have someone not fully trained working with peoples eyes. I left with my lashes FULL of glue and my eyelids stuck open from glue. The best part? Absolutely no change in the curl of my lashes (picture attached) I guess you get what you pay for! Save your money, and pay the little extra at a real spa!!!!!
