And not only did she say that, but she delivered! 20 minutes later, I sat in her chair and got my face all cleaned up... Jillian was super sweet and did an excellent job doing some maintenance on my brows and cleaning up my lip. I'd go so far as saying she is meticulous in a good way. She even has this wonderful soft hand pillow that she uses so that her hand is not constantly rubbing up against your face as she works. I'd never experienced that before and I loved it. I left TBS feeling like a new woman! If I lived in Calgary, I'd likely be a loyal customer of TBS / Jillian. She must be doing something right as she's been working there for almost 10 years! I highly recommend paying Jililan a visit if you're in need of any facial hair removal. They didn't offer threading yet (my preferred service) so I went in for a wax, the girl took her time to explain things, review everything and have me approve of the shape and she filled them in with powder after which was nice. They said they'll be offering threading in a few weeks and I will definitely be back to try that out. I already have my return wax and tint booked.
