It's reassuring to know that Summer has had microblading and the lash treatment done before so she understands what it's like the be the one on the comfy chair. At the end of the treatment I was beyond happy with my brows and lashes. My eyebrows have never looked so freaking good, and my lashes have never looked so long and "naturally" curled before!! I had…read moremaybe 2 centimetres of visible roots on my head and my stylist put a BLACK dye on my roots and dragged it out about halfway down my hair. It's not blended at all and it just looks like I have extremely grown out roots. She also refused to give me bangs, which I don't understand like it's my hair. I have no idea how I'm going to fix this as I absolutely love my platinum blonde and I don't know if I'll be able to get it back after this mishap. I also feel I was over charged as this whole thing cost 220$. I got in the car and cried all night. I've never had such a bad experience. I'm calling today to let them know I'm really unhappy. But I don't know if there's anything they can do. I would not recommend this place, it's just not worth the risk. I've posted what I wanted and what I ended up with below.

My Back Story My natural brows are very sparse and uneven - having to apply brow powder everyday was not only time consuming, but also frustrating as they were never symmetrical or near symmetrical. Thus, having my eyebrows micro-bladed was an easy decision to allow me to have a more convenient lifestyle. Website The Brows & Coffee website is simple and elegant - the topic links at the top of the page made it easy to navigate with easy-to-read font. Information provided on the page (especially the FAQs) made me feel more at ease prior going into the appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the "Recovery Time" section of the FAQs as it gave a timeline of the healing process. Moreover, the website also allowed me to contact her directly via email for further questions I had before committing to the procedure. Instructions An appointment confirmation email was sent to me with pre & post care instructions and included vital information on WHAT NOT TO DO to ensure the procedure goes smoothly.  Post procedure instructions was provided PRIOR to the appointment and it made a difference as this allowed me to absorb the information early on. Coming from health care, I always start client discharge teaching from the time a client is admitted. I was able to experience this as a client and it truly made a difference in information retention. The Artist Angelia Tran has a professional and calm demeanor - she was able to address any questions and concerns I had. She definitely ensured I was 100% satisfied with the brow consultation prior to commence with the procedure and I am truly glad she did as this is a face I'll be wearing everyday! I believe it is imperative to choose a Brow Artist who not only has talent, but also who takes the time to listen and address your needs and this was exemplified in Angelia. Her 8+ years experience with brows was definitely demonstrated with not only with my brows but also with her other clients (take a look at her gallery!).
