    We love this soap. It looks good, smells good and feels good. The bars last. You will smell delicious.

    I am extremely disappointed with this company. Online, they appear to be good and reputable…read more However, my experience cannot support that. I ordered a Torso Vest Liner for my son. He plays soccer and we had an event in a state where the weather was going to be in the 40s. I wanted him to stay warm and I felt Verseo had a product that could accomplish that. I ordered the item on Jan 3, 2017. Verseo sent me an email on Jan 9 (six days later) saying the item would be delivered in 7-10 days. After day 10, I called them and was routed to a call center. They answered the phone as if I was calling a friend at home. They never said, "Good morning. This is Verseo customer service how can I help you." I asked if I even had the right place. She said yes. She said my order in route. However, on Feb 6 I received an email saying "I regret to inform you that we are sold out of size of all sizes of the Torso vest liner except for XL and won't have any more this season. Please allow 2-3 working days to receive your refund. Let us know if you need further assistance, we would love to hear from you. Best regards, Odette." Yes, I do know there was a grammatical error in that reply. That's what they sent me. Did they lie about it being in route? Well if they were sold out, then yeah. At any rate, I should have seen a credit on my American Express by Feb 9. I checked my account today (Feb 14) and there's no credit. I of course called, and received a very casual hello. No one ever said, "Welcome to Verseo customer service. How may I help you?" Again, I was not even sure I reached a legitimate company. I let the rep know what transpired and she did some checking for me. Then she returned to the phone and apologized for my refund not being processed as stated. She said it would be done today and I should see it tomorrow, Feb 15. I told her I would check and hopefully not have to call Verseo again. Needless to say, the service I received from this company was not good. It has turned me off from ordering any item from them in the future. I would not refer them to anyone I know.
