Their name is accurate as they have tons of locally made bath products, such as soaps, bubble bath, body butters, etc. The scents can be overwhelming so keep that in mind if you have a sensitive nose! However, they also have Vintage Sodas that you can make into an ice cream float! So cool! Unfortunately I had just eaten fro-yo, otherwise I definitely would've indulged in an old school coke float. They have a lot of options and it's self serve. The soda float bar is exactly what you'd see in a 1950s movie - vintage and beyond adorable. I spoke with the owner who was super nice and friendly. Half soda/ half soap and overall super unique! They had some super interesting sodas, and even sold cups of ice cream so you can make a soda float on the go! I personally just got some soap bars - i love that they have hand made- small batch soaps, shower steamers, bath salts & bubbles! The aesthetic of this store is so cute! Love dropping in for some retro candy or soda. The ice cream float bar is fun. You buy some ice cream and a soda and mix together to drink at the bar. Lots of selections of soap, shaving soap, bath bombs, bubble bath, soda, candy, and lotions. My husband is into wet shaving and was very impressed by the shaving cream. So we stopped in about a month ago and got a few bombs for me which I found in my cabinet today and I have to say they were great! Tonight's bath was a pink cotton candy or pink sugar like one. My entire bathroom and hallway smells amazing right now! It fixed so nicely and left my skin soft and my fibromyalgia pain a little lessened . The place is very cute, the staff pleasant and the prices very fair. I will be purchasing more without a doubt! The owner is also a big supporter of rescue animals so that's a plus! read more

This place is more of like an experience for testing out your sense of smell. But first -- a review of the products. I got some glycerine soap and bubble bath soap from here for Christmas before I even visited the store. I've used the one that smells like bananas (called Monkey Farts??) and I wanted to eat the soap. The bubble bath soap I used was of a gingery kind. Kind of diluted in scent, so I start using it as body wash. Very subtle, which is fine by me. Now -- a review of actually visiting the store. Hubby, bro-in-law, and I go into the store and straight towards the glycerine soaps to smell everything. Surprisingly, I didn't go crazy over some of the soaps! and then we turn around and check out the "natural, handmade soaps," which actually cost a little more (like a dollar or 2?) even though they seem somewhat seem smaller. Turns out these little badboys smell BETTER than their glycerine counterpart. I wanted to buy a few, but I knew I was gonna go crazy buying everything, and that might have been a bad thing. They also sell cheaper pieces of the natural soaps which I probably should have done... Either way, it's such a unique store on Main Street. I love this place so much. I'm a huge fan of Lush, but not so much a fan of their prices or the fact that the closest one was in Danbury. I was so happy when I noticed this store just a minute from my house! They not only sell tons of homemade bath accessories (at much lower prices than Lush), they also sell really cool vintage sodas, vintage candy, and ice cream floats! Not only that, but the owner is the nicest lady you'll ever meet. The store is a labor of love and you can tell she really loves what she does. I can't wait to come back in the summer for some floats, but until then I'll be back in constantly for more bath bombs, and beautiful granite candle holders! The only downside is it's hard to park, but that's the town's fault, not hers. PS I'm currently trying out they black bath bomb. IT IS SO BLACK and leaving no residue on my tub! read more

Absolutely one of my very few favorite stores. The owner...SWEETHEART! Very nice and takes the initiative to approach, talk, and gets to know her customers. She's very much interested in her customers opinion about her products. I've said it before, and I'll say it again...we support local businesses. We are now regulars here and no longer buy our soaps from anywhere else, BUT here. The owner is also active in supporting/participating local school fundraisers. Another thing that I admire. There's so many scents to choose from between the glycerin and natural soaps. My boyfriend prefers glycerin and I prefer the natural soaps. My favorite is the cherry almond. I must say, with the glycerins my favorite is "Monkey Farts"(I do find the name very amusing). The soaps do not dry your skin, nor leave it filmy. The scents are a treat to the nose senses during a warm or hot shower. I adore their seasonal products and creativity. Great gift ideas. Their hand soaps leave hands feeling silky soft with a great scent. We've purchased soap socks and soap dishes from there, which are a few of the many other accessories that they have. I love the shop itself, so cute! I love that wood floor, exposed brick walls look. That warehouse look, but tiny and classy. That bathtub "model" in the "bubbles" at the window definitely draws some attention and curiosity when passing the store. I'm very excited about the new feature in the store: the blast from the past sodas. Can't wait to try. Never bought any "fancy" soap before in my life. Just happened to stumble into this lovely shop, with an adorable vintage bathtub in the window, and purchased a bunch of very cool and very functional items. I bought some delicious smelling and high quality soap, that actually washes off your skin, along with these wonderful pads that keep your soap dish from getting funky. The owner, is a doll, and soooo gracious! I will be back for more goodies! read more

I adore the glycerine soaps - sandalwood, sweet pea, black raspberry vanilla, black amber musk, peachy keen, the list goes on. I just called the owner, Brenda, and she is sending six soaps to a friend who is ill. These soaps are such a pick-me-up and so much better than flowers that get stinky and die! Had to get a last minute gift for my sister whose birthday was the next day. The lovely lady (I am sorry, I can't recall her name) was kind enough to open the door and show me her lovely items when I explained what I was getting them for. Told her that my budget was $20.00. Ended up buying a birthday 'cake' soap that was so cute . . . and it smelled of Lavender, which is my sister's favorite scent. Also bought two more cakes of Lavender home made soap. Asked her how much for her to wrap the items, and she said it was on the house. She wrapped them up very carefully, and took such great care, she offered me to sit on the couch that is in her shop. She was very kind to hold the door for me as I left her shop, as I am disabled. Will return, when I will be buying soaps for the holidays for the office staff! read more
