What a Crap Show! I…read moreusually love Walgreens since it's part of the NYC Duane Reade family of stores but boy was my visit to this place a complete disaster! First off let's be real, the bread and butter of these big box pharmacies is in fact the pharmacy. We don't come here for the butter but for our much needed drugs to heal those ailments we have. I came visited for a simple flu shot and arrived with 2 people in line at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was flustered, frustrated and even barked at two of us that were there for the flu shot that she's too busy and we may have to wait upwards of an hour! Whoa!! Why have us make an appointment in advance only to say you don't have the time for us!?! The line did start to get large from the point I arrived and when I finally got my flu shot I was a bit concerned the pharmacist was so frustrated with her job that she might inadvertently give me another Covid shot because someone arrived after me for exactly that. I had to ask, "I'm here for the flu shot, that's what you got in your hand right!?" If there's a mom and pop small pharmacy in the area I completely encourage supporting that local small business because these big box pharmacies while they have a place in our world sadly it can be a mixed experience.

The…read morestore itself is cute and the team is honestly really sweet--but there's one worker, Wendy , who completely ruins the vibe. She's super passive-aggressive, rude for no reason. I've seen her treat people differently based on how they look, which is really uncomfortable to witness. It's giving... outdated energy. If you shop here, just be aware. Wendy might be someone to watch out for. Someone like that can really bring down a place that otherwise has such strong potential.

I have successfully purchased from this company in the past. There was a shipping problem with my…read morelast order (in October 2014) and it was delayed. They offered me a $15 credit on a future order. When I tried to place a new order recently, the credit was not on my account. I have made repeated calls to their phone number. An automated response promises a return call; I have not received one. I sent e-mails to them (both on their website and directly to their sales e-mail address) and have received no response. The address listed for the company is a residential unit currently for sale. It appears that they may have moved to another location in Monroe. When I called the person listed as the resident at their address, the woman who answered told me I had the wrong number. After the e-mail exchange we had regarding my prior transaction, I thanked them and wrote "Thank you for the professionalism with which you have handled this situation." Obviously, things have changed dramatically since that time.
