The store smelled nice and I liked the music. -Service- I was greeted right as I walked in the door. Opi (I apologize if this is not the correct spelling) was extremely sweet and helpful. She asked me what I was looking for and directed me to it. When I brought my items to the counter, she suggested I swap one of them for something else that would yield better results (the items were the same price by the way). So glad I listened to her! Thank you for the advice! -Price- I was actually shocked by how good the prices are, especially compared to big companies. It was kinda hard to only pick up what was on my shopping list lol -Did Not Like- The only thing I dislike is that this store is a bit out of the way for me lol -Noteworthy- Lots to choose from! -Recommended?- Yes

It helps when someone has similar hair as you and can actually help- that's why I don't go to Asian owned hair spots anymore because how can they help me? But yes this is a great family owned spot. Their prices are a little much but I personally don't mind because the service is always on point.

So I decided to call again because I was in the area and said, why not? So I called, the owner David answered and I made an appt.for tuesday at 10. I arrived to the address listed on his website and lo and behold, there was a small sign saying they moved. Ok,I'm already annoyed but I drove a few more minutes and saw the storefront sign.I opened the door to what looked like a small building under construction, not a sign anymore.I managed to look in the window from the street and saw an empty space with some hair dryers so I figured this must be the place.I have no idea if anyone works there or wtf is going on,but I got out of there as fast as I could fuming all the way. This owner has been in business long enough to get his act together. His website has his old address,I tried to reach him just to say what a disgrace he is,but he hadnt even set up his voicemail. If he ever appears, stay away from this place. I wasted time and energy and I am sure he could care less. This is beyond unprofessional. This guy is seriously unhinged.

Im so in love with this shop I been here 3 or 4 times and I love it. They offer lots of different styles and not everything is for everyone, the down side is that what I was asking for like the tatoo Bralette and the sandles in black size 9 and also the letter "A" necklace piece they didn't have my size or they didn't have in store, but I didn't leave empty handed, everything here is so easy to find and extremely organized and the staff is so sweet. I especially love the way this shop is laid out its very roomy and airy its just great all around can't tell you how much fun I had shopping in this store. I just happened to search the "Coldspring" location on Instagram while I was house/pet sitting and looking for interesting things to do/see. I found some posts of beautiful hair colors she did on her page. I made an appointment for the next day. I don't live in Coldspring, I live in the Bronx and work in Manhattan. I've been to numerous Manhattan salons over the years, but have never found a stylist I felt comfortable going back to. I highly recommend Tyler. I also now use the shampoo from them, which is great and all-natural. Normally I would be intimidated by this kind of high end atmosphere, but everyone is so kind and friendly and down to earth. I will keep coming back as long as Tyler is working here. I enjoy her company and her talent!

I had my first ever microdermabrasion facial with Stephanie. I actually requested an extraction to go along with my facial, but Stephanie took a look at my skin, insightfully told me about the root of my problems, and recommended a high frequency treatment instead. The high frequency is a laser that targets your problem areas, shrinks pores, and preserves your youthful appearance. The procedure wasn't painful at all! Both the microdermabrasion and high frequency were tingly sensations that didn't last that long. Stephanie goes through the treatment slowly and deliberately, just like an expert. After my facial, Stephanie left me with some words of advice and a sample of coconut oil to help soothe any redness. The next day, my skin felt smooth as a baby and my problem areas looked noticeably better. Highly recommend going to Stephanie for reliable outcomes and reasonable pricing :)

It's not a painful process at all and I really enjoyed the end results. I went every other month and they had some late hours on Tuesdays which worked with my schedule. Never had a break out or skin issues while visiting Skin Loft. Corinne is so sweet, thorough and knowledgeable. I've had many great conversations with her during our sessions. They are appointment only, street parking and a little pricey however it is importantly to pay for quality! Would recommend to anyone looking for skin care services!
