Every time I go into this location for hair supplies for my little gymnast I find exactly what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was recently in there to buy supplies to whiten Santa's beard and brought the big man himself in there with me. The ladies provided me with the most gentle developers that could be used to keep Santa's rosy cheeks from getting irritated while making sure his beard would in fact be "as white as snow"! I might add, GREAT RESULTS! I highly recommend this location to anyone with a coloring question. They're the best! read more

I walked into Sally's today to buy a few simple products. I was the only person in the store. The employee looked angry and unapproachable.. I then asked a simple question which she gave me a one word reply to.... NO. I was unsure why she is so rude and unhelpful. I continued to look for a couple of other things and as I checked out, she said two more words, receipt or no? I replied no... and started to walk out of the store. Realizing just how rude and unhelped I felt. I went back in, I simply asked can I please have your name? She said no I'm not giving you a name.. I said OK that's fine. Can I please have a manager's name? She said I am the manager and smiled at me as if being rude is a compliment.. she delighted in mocking and rudeness. I replied "I highly doubt your manager when you make customers feel like shit". I also said "I'll let corporate know how you treated me". Sally's is a great store. Has amazing product but because of this one individual, I will never shop there again. I reached out to corporate and I filed a complaint with my receipt number since I don't even have a name. Even if nothing is done at least now she understands her behavior is unacceptable. The store 7387 Federal Blvd Westminster, CO 80030. Never in 1 million years that I leave reviews.... But her attitude makes me never wanna see this place again. read more

Not sure why the reviews for this location are so bad on average, i feel that for certain types of establishments, it could be justified to let reviews expire after a certain amount of time, simply because in this case they really dont seem to reflect this business at all from my experience. I was looking for a specific product online, and saw that the only chance for me to get it asap in person, would be through sallys, so, seeing that this location showed as having it in stock, i called ahead to double check and place a hold (just in case). When i got there, the store associate was super nice, overall great purchase experience. This store also seems to carry a solid product selection as well. Would recommend and go back to this location for sure. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars - I would. Both times I have visited this location were an all around terrible experience. The guy working (in the evenings I've noticed) is just awful. Horrible attitude, like customers are a burden, and he's fed up with you for coming in to waste his time . I work late, and the only time I usually have to stop in, is before close. I am very mindful of that. If I come in 10-15 mins before close, I know exactly what I want, and I do not take unnecessary time in getting in and out. Both times, I have been pretty much harassed and made to feel as uncomfortable as possible, as a petty attempt to run me out of the store. If I'm not mistaken, the store is open until 8:00. I should be given the same respect to shop in a respectable manner as the customer who comes at 4:00. Not followed around the entire store asking if I am done, or 'are you SURE you know what you are looking for?' In the most condescending tone possible. It's a shame that these unprofessional and disrespectful employees are creating such a negative reputation of the store. I refuse to spend my money here, or visit this location again, and I will relay my experience to anyone interested in visiting this store, to hopefully spare someone else from this dreadful environment. read more

my first time coming to this location. girls were really nice and helpful ! i was offered help and she answered my questions.

Lousy customer service!!!! The lady did not offer any help, and when I did ask for help she acted way to busy to want to help- I don't recommend this location to anyone: ( read more

If you want to spend a lot of money and leave feeling completely disrespected and disgusted, come to this business! In no way does this business value their customer's time or money. As someone who has spent years in customer service, I would be beyond embarrassed if any of my peers treated customers the way I have seen customers treated in this store. Every time I have been in this Sally's the same lady, Trish, has been extremely condescending and rude, not only to me, but to every other customer who spends time in her presence. First, she lied to me when I called asking if they had a specific product in stock, saying, "We only have one." When I came in, there was an entire shelf with many varieties, she must have forgot to mention. Trish was deleterious and slothful the entire time and made me feel like she didn't want me in there. Mind you, I spent over one hundred dollars in this transaction. This isn't the first time I have experienced this unwelcoming personality. A few months ago I came in here with my friend and Trish was rude and dismissive to the two other customers who came in there, as well as my friend and me. She doesn't want to help anyone who comes in or calls, and when she does she is extremely condescending and draining to interact with. I will never be back to this store or recommend this business to anyone. read more

Came here for toner because I had ruined my hair with box dye... had no idea what toner looked like, where to find it, or how to use it, and was pretty nervous! I asked the associate working the register for help, and she took me directly to the aisle needed, even helping me know which toner to use. I tried to ask her for tips on using it, since I was totally unfamiliar, but she had already walked away. I saw a lot of previous reviews saying how awfully rude and inattentive the store associates were, but this didn't strike me as that. I followed her, waited for a minute to ask again while she did something, and then she willingly explained. I did feel like I had to kind of pull teeth/keep asking again to get the all of the info I needed, but I found out when I got to the register to pay that she had been the only one working the store while another coworker had to attend to something in the back (this coworker was very nice too), so she was trying to keep on top of a lot of things at once. Not only that, but their shipment had just gotten in and they were so busy they hadn't had time to unload it. Given this, it made a lot of sense that I was getting rushed answers at first. I'm just very grateful I left with toner, developer, and instructions on how to mix them! This store REALLY doesn't deserve the bad rep it has -- for how understaffed they are, they're doing a wonderful job!! read more

First off I wanna start by saying how much I love and appreciate Trish the store manager. Every time I go to her store I have little idea as to what I want. She always offers good advice and is very knowledgeable about the products. Her store is always neat, clean and well stocked! Last time I went in she also informed me about their rewards program which in the past, the other clerks have not done. I will definitely be a repeat customer due to her knowledge and customer service skills! read more

VERY helpful staff! I always go in with questions and they always have the answers for me! Wide varity of items and again, help with anything I would ever dream of needing :) read more

I walked in the lady clearly saw me didn't greet me... Nor my daughter, my daughter (2) was saying hi she just looked at her and looked away. How rude can you be right. Yet a little old lady walks in and she starts talking to her right away. I've been here before. First time was greeted and helped right away. But this lady just killed it for me. I will not return to this location. My guess looking at the other reviews, it's probably the same lady. read more

Terrible customer service!! I was told they could accept return at the time of my purchase because of covid, however when they were allowed to accept them they would take it back with my receipt . I just took it in and they won't return it, they won't even exchange it. Way to keep your word!!! read more

This location is closest to me. But I literally will go somewhere else because of this one older lady employee. After going in there a few times she always has a stank face on and is not helpful AT ALL. Lady if you don't like your job, just leave. read more

Reviews definitely speak for this place. I've frequented this location over the last 2 years and it's awkward to shop somewhere where a grown lady won't make eye contact or say hi. But hey, they have most merchandise! You can come in and spend money but don't expect any friendliness or care- it's just not that type of business. read more

With the exception of one especially vulgar employee, the staff at this location has been very friendly and most helpful. Beware however of walking into this store if you're making any sort of fashion statement with a large purse...you'll be stereotyped as a klepto the second you walk through the door and without any sort of evidence at all, you may even be accused right there at the cash register by one assumptious and ignorant employee. Outstanding professionalism madam! If your store happens to be riddled by shoplifters, (which I was made aware of by said madams fumbling words only after I berated her suitably) perhaps you should invest in a security camera that could offer you some proof should a crime occur as opposed to 'making a guess' of a persons integrity. Shameful. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business AND my big, fabulous handbag elsewhere. read more

Very pushy employees. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I ended up putting all items back and going to a different location because of how rude they were here .. I would not recommend this location to anybody!!!! If 0 stars was possible that would be my rating!!! read more

Dont get me wrong about sallys, I love sallys because I always find what I need but at this sallys.... Definitely not. with one employee in particular.....This is the 3rd day in a row she has denied me service because their card machine was down and I was using my boyfriends card to pay for what I needed. She told me the day before to come back with the back of the card signed and she would let me buy. Came back with it signed, she was rude and denied me yet again. Horrible service. Don't recommend this sallys to anyone you'll just leave disappointed and pissed off. read more

This by far the worst customer service ever. I went in there to buy a curling iron and with all the choice I wasn't sure what to pick. I asked the girls in front and one of them didn't even wanna come to the aisle. She was talking from far until I asked her if she can help me chose and she was very rude and with attitude. She kept saying "I don't know how I can help you" with a very bad attitude, and I just wanted to know the inches on the curls and when I asked her, she just starred at me. I feel so unwanted and I just wanted to leave as fast as I can. I ended up googling the info and bought the iron which wasn't what I was looking for. And when I left I was like I will never go back there. Such an awful experience and whoever the manager is needs to do something about this. Very rude employees. read more
