The return was done seamlessly. There wasn't any return information in the bag when I received the shoes, but the lady at the counter just scanned the bag. All the information was there. My money was returned to my card. Seamless!!! The young lady even gave me a coupon that I could get 25% off any item. So me being me, decided to buy a small summer handbag :( Seamless! It was nice shopping in the store for a change. Would definitely go back if I'm in the neighborhood!!

It seems they have a new sports illustrated line , not very much inventory so I could not decide if it was nice or not nice. It seems that they may not have the brands I like anymore, PGA Tour, IZOD, Nike... looks like they aren't carrying these line's anymore so I don't think I will be a customer. I highly doubt I would ever wear a branded " sports illustrated " product, actually I can say I would never ever wear a branded sports illustrated product. I hope JCP can survive, I think it's doubtful without having major brand apparel and product lines.

When we came in we were greeted by a woman who was doing someone's hair and a gentleman who was washing someone's hair. He came over and offered us something to drink. The place is clean, bright and there are tv's everywhere. All on the same channel (basketball) except the one up front. Seats for waiting are right smack in the middle. He let us know that there was one person ahead of us. Not a big deal. Another gentleman came in who I assume is the owner and he greeted us, asked if we wanted anything to drink and then asked if we minded waiting. I said no. This isn't our first barber shop visit, I get it. Fast forward an hour and change...we're still waiting. At one point a few pizzas were delivered and the owner asked if we wanted any. Very nice of him but there were maybe 4 other staff members, do any of them know how to cut hair? Finally, my son is in the chair...10 mins later the owner came out and started cutting someone else's hair! It appears that guy may have had an appointment but we've been here for over an hour, you could have cut my sons hair twice instead of offering us pizza. Final verdict: the cut was decent. The wait was completely unnecessary and unreal...2.5 hours?! Not how I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon and my son was miserable waiting. Cost was $18 which is higher than we've paid at other barber shops. I'm not sure if we'll be back anytime soon. I really hope this business survives but if my experience is the norm, it's not likely. If we hadn't spent approx 3 hours there, I'd give this place 3.5-4 stars.

First, she drew on where my brows should be naturally and followed those lines when waxing. Afterwards, she told me how to properly fill them in and where I needed to let grow in a little bit more. Yes, it may seem pricey at $20 for a wax, but you're also getting a tutorial into how to properly do your brows, which is really priceless :) I don't know what kind of wax they use, but it was absolutely painless. Furthermore, I would always break out after a wax due to my sensitive skin, but a week later I still don't have any issues. Overall, an awesome experience and I will definitely be back!

The technician did a sloppy job with the brow tint so that I looked like a creature. She could not remove the poorly applied color, so proceeded to "cover it" up with foundation that did not even match my skin tone. I go to ULTA to look prettier than when I come in, and had a special occasion that evening. Waiting until the next day to see if it all came off was not the correct approach, which was suggested. Thank goodness, the onsite make-up technician was able to fix my brows and remove the over-applied/thick color. I expected much more from Benefit. When I complained, I was not offered a refund, and no manager reached out to me. However, I was grateful that a different person was able to patch up the botched job.

That was one of the reasons I didnt want to go. Cutting crew was recommended by one of my former co workers. So I decided to give it a try. I went in on a Saturday to fix it but they didn't have anybody available but they squeezed me in for Sunday which was prefect. I was so glad I didn't have to wait a week for an appointment. I usually spend an arm and a leg and a whole day to 2 days to get my hair done but I wasn't in there that long and the price was very resonable. They were all so friendly.
