I was in a wedding and noticed I needed to paint my nails. I grabbed nail polish the store employee helped me pick out. They were very complimentary over my outfit, even though others were staring at me in bewilderment. I was in a steampunk wedding and was received at Sally's as beautiful; however, at Starbucks, people looked at me like a freak. So as I was hurrying out the door, I left my nail polish I just paid for on the counter. I searched for it once I got back to the brides house. When I called the store and they told me I left it, I was so bummed bc I didn't have enough time to run back to the store. The manager told me to give her the address, then drove 20 minutes to the house to deliver the nail polish to me. That was ridiculously kind and considerate. I thank you so much for your thoughtfulness! My nails matched and rocked because of you!

I tried to return something at this location today and ended up having a pretty unpleasant…read moreexperience. From the minute I entered, i was greeted and assisted - all I needed was a return then I was planning to browse. I had two items for return that an associate helped look up for the return. She told me I was one day over but said the manager could override, so I waited while they swapped out. The manager had a totally different tone and was rude from the start - bottom line, she doesn't override that and all I can do is call customer service. I asked why I was told to wait if nothing could be done? Well on my way back to my car I threw out the items because I have no use for them and what is customer service going to do? Well out of curiosity I contacted them because I've also not had such an unpleasant experience at Sephora until today. Customer service informed me it was up to the store and the store had final say. Needless to say, I won't be back to this location unless I have a skincare or makeup emergency and there is literally nowhere else.
