The pricing here is great too! The newest thing that I have tried at Refresh Wellness is their 12 week weight loss program with Shawn. I was told that on average, participants lose 25 lbs -which to be honest when I first heard it all I could think of was - bullshit. Howeverrrr, I'm only 2 weeks in but I'm inclined to believe it's the real deal! Shawn outlines what you should be eating and how you can change your lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. I have to admit that I have tried every diet under the sun in the past two years as well as all kinds of crazy exercise regimens that have had zero impact on my weight loss efforts. I followed Shawn's directions and as promised, the weight has been melting off. Thus far I have lost 8 lbs total (4 lbs per week!) and I have been so crazy at work and traveling across the country every week for work that I haven't had time to workout. This diet is the easiest thing I've ever done and the weight is coming off. When we had our first consult I felt very at ease and secure and just knew this practice was a good one. I ended up doing upper and lower eye and the C02 laser for under eye. I could not be more pleased with the outcomes. I was forewarned that this is a messy recovery and it certainly was. But once I decided I wanted this, I accepted the 2 weeks post surgery for recovery and it worked out fine. This practice tracks client's progress and schedules several follow ups post surgery. He then called over the female owner ("mother" I presume) who was even more disrespectful. She actually stated "what do I have to stamp it on your forehead" re: the return policy i did not see when purchasing a product. I had asked the girl at the register prior to making my purchase what the stores return policy was and she never mentioned a 7 day limit to get your money back...i would not have purchased the product had i known that. Maybe I should have asked her if she had the stamp to place on my forehead since after all it was solely my responsibility. :) My suggestion....stay away unless you enjoy being greeted by young woman and owners who perceive their working/owning a successful business is an entitlement and not a gift.
