When the…read moreyoung male "manager/owner(his family)" approached the register the air of entitlement, condensation and elitism was palpable followed by such disrespect for customers. He then called over the female owner ("mother" I presume) who was even more disrespectful. She actually stated "what do I have to stamp it on your forehead" re: the return policy i did not see when purchasing a product. I had asked the girl at the register prior to making my purchase what the stores return policy was and she never mentioned a 7 day limit to get your money back...i would not have purchased the product had i known that. Maybe I should have asked her if she had the stamp to place on my forehead since after all it was solely my responsibility. :) My suggestion....stay away unless you enjoy being greeted by young woman and owners who perceive their working/owning a successful business is an entitlement and not a gift. Amazing to me how much better people think they are once they make a bit of money. Besides...the prices are not that fantastic....much better deals on line at Amazon and other beauty supply sites.
