Initially, it was going to be a monthly rental where the deductible would have to come into play first, and the machine could not be purchased and reimbursed directly all at once first. However, under this particular insurance plan, it turns out there is a clause or so stating that future machines are covered. There is probably verbiage regarding the idea that my relative has to be continually and reasonably compliant with the machine he/she started with. Some companies would not do enough due diligence to fix or monitor these kind of errors. I suspect the company my relative was with prior would've overlooked this even though they were the ones who awarded my relative their first machine. I am grateful to have this company to help my family out.

I was mailed the machine and used it for 3 months. Then I get a bill. I called numerous times and spoke to numerous people and no one could explain why I was receiving bills for the machine. Finally the last time I called I spoke to someone who said they didn't take my insurance. So now I'm questioning why this wasn't caught BEFORE they sent the machine to me and why wasn't this explained to me the numerous times I called. No one could answer this. Now for the return. I was told they would send me a shipping label to send it back. I never received it so I called again. Then I was told I had to have it picked up but they only do pickups on Tuesday. This was unacceptable due to me working a 12 hour shift on Tuesdays. The girl told me that she'd have a manager call me. I waited a week and no one called me. I called again and got a guy who set up a pickup for me on my day off. Well the days comes and goes and no one shows. I called the next day and was told that they no longer do pick ups. So of course I ask why I wasn't contacted and told this. Once again no answer. So he tells me that he is sending me a box and shipping label to send it back. I finally receive that and I immediately returned it. I checked the tracking number and they did receive it back. To this day I am still receiving calls and voice messages to order my supplies for the machine! Can't they see it's been returned. So disorganized.

Each stores selection of costumes/masks/decorations/etc. varies, which can be a pain sometimes when looking for a specific item, but anything can always be ordered online and picked up at any of their locations. I went with my son this year to pick out his perfect costume for this years latest obsession and his costume was not that elaborate, so the price was around $30. But some others can get pretty expensive. All in all a positive experience and we will definitely be back again next year, he's already counting the days!

I had gone in to the King of Prussia mall through the DSW and this was one of the first stores I saw where I had any interest. I went inside to take some smells and my sister wanted to look at their Halloween related items. There was an employee named Tera who was awesome. She had a great smile, pleasant demeanor, and excellent opinion of the products. Since we are out of town, she showed us the catalog of Halloween items and explained how we could still get them back in Michigan. I found some great candles but was hesitant because we had only just arrived in the mall and also the candles are pricey, despite being large in volume. A large jar candle of a little under thirty bucks should last around eighty-five hours lit. Impressive. I don't even know how long that will take me to use. We left though and kept shopping but on our way out we stopped back in. Tera was continually helpful and pleasant. I bought the Mandarin Cranberry and afterwards my group and I were pondering where to eat dinner. Tera and her other pleasant co-worker Chelsea were a big help. All in all, if you live in the area and you are interested in fine scents and nice home decorations, it is worth going to this big mall just for this store. If I was from around here, it'd be my pick for sure. Just park near DSW and walk through or I'm sure there's a door nearby anyway. It's not deep in the mall, which is a plus.

They took the time to show me the newest Spring Holiday scents and products, and they were incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the "scent throw" of different candles based on size and fragrance notes, which helped me decide which candles to purchase. It was clear they were much more than sales associates. These ladies love candles! Their friendliness, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm made my day. Even better, Yankee Candle has several sale specials going on, so I was able to afford a few more candles to save as gifts.
