I was given a warm hello by the greeter and she asked if she could direct me to the product I came in for. Such a big store and this was awesome. Right away, she had Nicole come help me bc they don't sell "blinc" mascara. I have been a fan of "Blinc" mascara for many years and switching products was farthest from my mind. I planned to just order it on line from Sephora since they did not carry it at Ulta. HOWEVER (!), Nicole used her iPhone and quickly found Clinique mascara and after she told me about Clinique mascara and read me the reviews I decided to give it a try. If it were not for her amazing sales talent, I would have easily left without that purchase. I never planned to switch brands. I am retired now but I was a top professional sales rep for 35 years...Nicole impressed me. I appreciate a good and knowledgeable sales person. I ended up spending $71 in the store yesterday...and to think, I would have left with out buying anything if Nicole did not help me. I tried the Clinique mascara this morning and I may have found a new favorite...it went on very nicely without clumping. Lately my blinc mascara had been clumping. I also purchased Clinique blush which I was thrilled to get at Ulta. I didn't know they carried that particular blush. Lastly, I purchased the eye liner Nicole recommended. The store is bright and stocked very well. Everyone seems very friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. It was an excellent shopping experience today.

I'm a huge baby and it is such an easy and painless process - I absolutely love it and am so happy with the way it has turned out. Plus Dr. Lori is great to chat with so it makes it go fast :) Now they have actually moved to a beautiful new location on State Street in Newtown, makes for an even better experience! Next I moved on to trying botox injections with Dr. Lori and I am absolutely obsessed. I had wrinkles on my forehead that absolutely drove me crazy. Dr. Lori was great about giving me enough to smooth out the creases and look great without overdoing it and keeping it natural looking. I will definitely be getting these again once they wear off. The pricing here is great too! The newest thing that I have tried at Refresh Wellness is their 12 week weight loss program with Shawn. I was told that on average, participants lose 25 lbs -which to be honest when I first heard it all I could think of was - bullshit. Howeverrrr, I'm only 2 weeks in but I'm inclined to believe it's the real deal! Shawn outlines what you should be eating and how you can change your lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. I have to admit that I have tried every diet under the sun in the past two years as well as all kinds of crazy exercise regimens that have had zero impact on my weight loss efforts. I followed Shawn's directions and as promised, the weight has been melting off. Thus far I have lost 8 lbs total (4 lbs per week!) and I have been so crazy at work and traveling across the country every week for work that I haven't had time to workout. This diet is the easiest thing I've ever done and the weight is coming off. I urge anyone who is having a hard time losing weight to try this - it has honestly made such a difference to me and I am so grateful to Shawn and Lori! :)
