Everything from the product selection, to the customer service, the decor of the store- it's all great!

I have been coming to Nashua this past year to take care of my mother and one of my places to go for self-care is Lush. It is truly a special place beyond just picking up wonderful items at Lush. I highly recommend coming here for great quality products and also the human experience of being around kindness..

When I called, the woman who answered the phone was brisk and rude. She told me their stylists were busy at the moment, but she THINKS a hair cut is $45 and a partial hi-light is $65, but she didn't really know. She said I could call back later and didn't bother to tell me about the special I had seen hanging in their own window the day before. Unfortunately for them, I do not appreciate this kind of service and I will not be making an appointment with them. If they can't bother to properly train the person answering their phone, how can I trust them to make sure the person who is cutting my hair is properly trained?

She called a sales associate over to help me. I may get the name wrong, but she'll know who she is if she sees this - Aleya. Aleya helped me cover a white patch on my arm. She was the sweetest thing, understood what I wanted immediately and worked her butt off until we had success - and it took a long time because so many colors that looked good in tubes were the wrong tint/tone on my skin. I felt Aleya's total commitment to getting me exactly what I wanted. Two other associates joined in helping her and were very nice as well. The only thing I disliked is when the woman at the front called Aleya over, she was clearly annoyed at her for not jumping high enough or not running fast enough, even though I saw no issue. You shouldn't show disgust at your employees, it made me uncomfortable. The 4 stars is because of the greeter's attitude. Aleya is worth 10 stars!

I was pleasantly surprised when I got a carefully-worded apology from the manager, promising to raise my concerns with the pharmacy staff. Also based on this response, it is my feeling that the store is generally well-run. Nothing is perfect but responsive management is a very good sign. Overall the staff treat customers well and customer concerns are taken seriously. You can't really ask for more than that and so I will continue to patronize this store.
