She called a sales associate over to help me. I may get the name wrong, but she'll know who she is if she sees this - Aleya. Aleya helped me cover a white patch on my arm. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a carefully-worded apology from the manager, promising to raise my concerns with the pharmacy staff. Based on the response from management it is my impression that this experience was not the norm and that the issue was in fact handled. Also based on this response, it is my feeling that the store is generally well-run. Nothing is perfect but responsive management is a very good sign. Overall the staff treat customers well and customer concerns are taken seriously. You can't really ask for more than that and so I will continue to patronize this store.

Bad experience at Fedex drop off with Rachel and Kim at this walgreens. Rachel tried to claim that since she had worked there for 29yrs she would "know" about what was allowed and what wasn't. We went over the policy hanging on the wall together rule by rule twice, and when it was clear that my item was allowed, she tried to say the printed policy they had was "clearly outdated" and needed to be replaced. They eventually shipped my package, but they also tried to deny another customer from shipping their package, until eventually realizing they were wrong there too.

I will not return to this office for any future care.
