All of the staff here are amazing. I want to give a shout out to Christy, Carter and Rowan. Honestly, all the staff here are wonderful. I just wish I remembered their names. I have been coming to Nashua this past year to take care of my mother and one of my places to go for self-care is Lush. It is truly a special place beyond just picking up wonderful items at Lush. I highly recommend coming here for great quality products and also the human experience of being around kindness.. read more

I was just in here a few days ago and found the staff to be incredibly helpful. The manager was very sweet and kind and helped me find the right products I was looking for. She actually took the time to talk about my skin type and my specific needs until we found the correct product that would help me. This will definitely be my number one lush store to come to from now on! Thank you very much and keep up the good work! read more

I went looking for a skin cleanser that wouldn't make me rash or break out in general and really had no idea where to start. One of the employees noticed I looked a bit lost...so she came over and politely asked if I needed any assistance. Come to find out she was the assistant manager named Carter and was very knowledgeable about the entire line of products which was great because I had a lot of questions! Long story short, I found what I needed and love it! Thank you Carter for all your help and guidance. You have a customer for life!! read more

After the poor experience my daughter had at the Lush in Burlington I decided to stop by this location to make it up to my daughter but more importantly show you all how big of a lier the guy was at Burlington mall. The ladies at this location were extremely nice to my daughter and Wife. One lady with a nose piercing was so really nice to my daughter. She went out of here way to make sure my daughter has a lasting memory at this location. She answered all my young daughters million questions. Very Professional and knowledgeable staff read more

We just hosted my daughter's birthday party with the Nashua Lush staff and had a fabulous time. The staff made planning the party extremely easy and even helped find a last minute alternative to products when informed of an allergy. The store was extremely clean and set up well to host the party and my daughter and her friends had smiles on their faces the entire time. The manager, Charlotte, and her associate, Meghan, were wonderful with the kids. We would highly recommend them! read more

This store is amazing! The products are to die for, the store kay our id fits as can be, and the sales associates are genuine, friendly, and sincere (and knowledgeable!) I went into Lush for the first time recently, and I already can't wait to go back. I have a baby, and the young man working even knew which scents were "baby safe" and not too strong. The people working here definitely know their stuff, and are so personable and kind and pleasant to talk to! It's so rare to find a retail store in a mall with such excellent customer service. Everything from the product selection, to the customer service, the decor of the store- it's all great! read more

We have been shopping at Lush for over 25 years and love the products. We used to have to drive to Canada to buy things but that has changed. There are many Lush stores in the US today. There are two types of sales people at Lush, those who really know products and those just trying to sell you things. Try to get one of the former if you can. The products here are 'funky' and different from anything sold in other stores. Just buy some of it and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. We like their bath salts and massage bars, but you may have different tastes. Spend the time trying things in the store before you buy. read more

I love it here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and I never feel pressured to buy. The products are amazing- there is nothing I've bought there that I've regretted yet! The bath bombs are soooo nice and they make my whole house smell yummy (before I even use them, you can smell them just in the bag- and after I use them you can smell it on your skin for hours) I love their face products as well. Yum! read more

My daughter just had her birthday party there this morning. Every girl was posting pics and telling their parents how awesome it was when they were picked up. It exceeded all our expectations and Laura, Peyton and Emily Were just amazing with the kids. Incredible Value and we probably will do our other daughters birthday there as well. This had always been my daughters favorite store and after today I completely see why. read more

I'll make this short(ish.. maybe) and sweet since having my phone in the bath tub is not kosher, and I need to get back to reading Amy Poehler's reasons why Amy Poehler is a goddess. Lush is the only store that I feel totally welcome in at the mall, especially one so small. The ladies there are super bubbly, friendly, and the kind of people I could see myself being friends with (blue hair girl, you da best). They have a passion for their products and know them inside out, and are experts at pointing you in the right direction. They're out to make sales, of course, but they don't pressure you into it. They genuinely want to find you things you will love. The Lush products sell themselves. Rose Bombshell bath bomb is a must have. I know the bath bombs aren't the cheapest things in the world for something you'll use once, but I've tried bath products from far and wide (thanks, Etsy) and yet I keep coming back to Lush. My only issue with the company is that my husband and I live in Finland and we can't the products as readily. Thanks for making my shopping experience pleasant as always and I'll be sure to stock up before we fly back to Europe! read more

I walked in to buy a handful of small gift cards this morning, explaining that my 11-year-old had brought a few friends to the mall to celebrate her birthday and we were putting Lush GCs in goodie bags. When we arrived about an hour later to shop, not only were the girls given lots of attention, a couple demonstrations and encouraged to sample, but then we were handed a bag with a sample sized bath bomb for each girl and a sample of hand cream for Mom! I was so impressed! It really took the whole day up a notch! I'm sorry I did not get the two ladies' names but we there 4/27/18 somewhere between 11am and 1pm. Thank you, Lush staff for making my girl feel special! I'm sure you created at least a couple new Lushies for your efforts! read more

A small store, I guess it just opened in 2015. The people who work here are kind of ditzy and spacey. The selection is not extensive but you get the basics here. I wish the people who work here are a bit more helpful, but what do you expect, it's a Lush. You go for the product and not sales people. It's located on the first floor by JC penny. read more

Love the products. But the workers..... I can see them from a mile away just waiting for their prey (me) to walk in. I get followed, asked questions, given suggestions.... I get you have to make your sales but please stop your current marketing plan. It's not woking- it actually scares me off. They watch every. Product. I. Pick. Up. And comment on it. I have now learned to pick up my ocean salt and bail. I'd love to look at the products but i can't be followed and informed about every one of them - it says it on the container. You could sell this stuff in a kiosk and you'd make so much more money off of me. read more

This Lush store opened within the past few months, according to my friends. I finally went in this past week, and I was not disappointed. I have friends who swear by their products, and one who often posts pictures of her "bath bombs". Well, it was time for me to get one of my own, and to see what the fuss was all about! The store itself is small, but don't let its size fool you. There are shelves and displays chock full of handmade cosmetic products, ranging from these raved about bath bombs to shampoos, conditioners, and soaps. Lush also has a full range of cosmetics, too! I had a very helpful employee named Shawn (or Sean? Forgot to ask the spelling!) who guided me through my first Lush experience. He was incredibly helpful, and started by asking me what I was looking for, and what scents I liked. He was able to explain what each product would do; down to the color my bathwater would turn during each step of the bath bomb working its magic; and even gave me a friendly warning that my "Big Blue" bath bomb contained seaweed, and to not be concerned if I started seeing seaweed in the water. I ended up leaving with both the Big Blue, and Fizzbanger bath bombs. I also got a handy catalog that outlined the products the company carries, some of the endeavors they are currently pursuing, and the mission of the company (like having vegetarian and vegan options for individuals who do not use animal products, and having a key to see "safe synthetics" and natural ingredients in the products you plan to purchase). While this will have to be a once-in-a-while splurge for me, I was absolutely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the employee Shawn who helped me yesterday evening. Not only that, the mission of this company is amazing, and I am happy to support a company that is against animal testing, create recipes for handmade products that utilize many natural ingredients, and are active in community outreach and lessening their footprint in the environment. Lush, you've won yourself a new customer. read more

This was the first time I have ever been in the shop. The employees are so helpful and have amazing customer service skills. I went there for chapstick and was helped by Laura who goes the extra mile! She was full of knowledge and made it a great experience. I will defiantly go here again to try other products. It's always good to find a place that is friendly and welcoming. Thank You. read more

What an incredible shopping experience! My wife and I are visiting from CA and are avid LUSH shoppers. We had to grab a quick gift and immediately thought to stop at LUSH! Caroline and her team were outstanding. They recommended great gift boxes and other items. We ultimately settled on a DIY basket with help from the ladies. We are so excited to share our gift. Thank you Caroline and the ladies from this store, we had a blast! read more
