The staff were super sweet, the environment was nice and clean, BUT, my pedicure was only 20 min long. It felt very rushed. I set my massage chair for 20 min and when it went off my nails were done/drying. Just disappointed to spend $45 on a rushed, 20 min service. read more

Best nails I have ever had in my life, looks even much better than the picture I showed them to reference as well! I love this salon! The prices are hard to beat and the quality of their work is incredible. The techs are super kind and have always given me gorgeous acrylics. The first time I was in I desperately needed someone to fix a horrible dip job from another salon, they soaked off the nails and gave me a beautiful new set. My sister in law gave me a gift certificate here for Christmas many years ago and from that point on I was hooked. They do a fantastic job every time and with every service. My daughter recently got a gift certificate to another nail salon and they did an awful dip job there. I brought here to Pretty Nails with me and not only were they super accommodating, but they made her nails look beautiful. She doesn't want to go anywhere else now as well. It was 5 minutes before the posted closing time and they welcomed me in to get a manicure & pedicure. Two people worked on me since they were getting ready to close the shop. I was treated as if I were the first customer in the door at opening time instead of the last one in. The two women that worked on my were sweet, social and did a fantastic job. They even had me stay put through three cycles of the UV/dryer to get my fingers good and dry before I went in my purse to get my keys out to drive home. My nails are even, cuticles are clean and I'm thrilled with their work! I will be back again next week! read more

Love this place! They do a great job on my nails first and foremost but they are always friendly and warm. I've tried other places that were closer to work, etc. but came back because I believe they are the best in the area. The girls are all great and they have fun while they work, which makes for a good customer experience. It's always clean and they have all the newest colors. Owners are on site all the time and do what they can to accommodate. Highly recommend this salon. read more

Quickest pedi EVER. 15 minutes from the minute my feet hit the water to waiting for polish to dry. Good if you're in a hurry, I guess. I get pedicures to enjoy the pampering and relaxation though and it was definitely lacking in that. The first time I went here it was good because it was right before close and on a Tuesday night. Second time I went I was rushed and they came out uneven and bad but I thought maybe it was just a super busy day for them. Mind you, every time I call way beforehand and make sure to make an appointment. Third time me and my friend made an appointment and went to it. It took TWO HOURS for us to just get a basic acrylic set. They kept taking new clients who didn't even have appointments too!! They kept flip flopping around clients and whenever they'd actually come do our nails, it was extremely rushed. Mine came out horrible and they didn't even put the acrylic all the way down to the cuticle, so they already looked grown out. The nail polish job was messy and horrible, and the nail shape was all bumpy. They absolutely mutilated my friends cuticles. Anytime I'd ask them to fix something they wouldn't even fix it. I get being busy, but come on if you don't have the time to do clients nails correctly don't make appointments and waste my time. Called 2 days later to ask them to fix them because they looked really bad and yk I payed 60$ for them, they say yes come in. I drive all the way there and go in at the time we scheduled, for me to be in there for literally not even 10 minutes with the women filing my nails at the reception table with me just standing there. While she's repeatedly saying "There's nothing wrong with them". I point out everything wrong with them. She continues to say "we don't have time for you, come back tomorrow", even though I called and talked to her to make an appointment that day and she said yes. Not only did I waste my time and money, I wasted driving 30 minutes there AND back for absolutely nothing. If anything, she made them WORSE because she filed the polish off the tops and sides of my nails. I don't have a picture of my nails because I took them off when I got home but trust me when I say it was bad. One of the absolute worse places to get your nails done and I've been to a lot of bad places. Bad customer service, is rude, rushes the actual nails but makes you sit forever, cuts up your fingers, and wastes your time. I would put 0 stars if I could. This salon is amazing. They do awesome work. I get acrylics and I use my hands a lot and usually always used to lose a nail before the two weeks were up @ other salons.. Well, I have been going here for over year and NOT ONE has broken... they are very articulate making sure you are happy with the result. If they feel a nail might fall off they take it off and redo it... with no charge. Any other salon would charge you.. believe me I have been to MANY... They are so sweet, ALL of them... I would never go ANYWHERE else.. I used to live in Tyngsboro but now I am in Lowell, and there are plenty of salons near me but I always go there... they are amazing and not expensive... 5 stars for sure :) read more

My favorite nail place!! Near my parents so I started going there with my Mom but continued to drive from Andover to Tyngsboro to get fills and pedicures! Sounds crazy to make the drive but they're wonderful. It's clean and friendly and although I always make an appointment but they get plenty of walk ins. All the girls are great! read more
