I am a guy and went there for the first time to do Pedicure just because one of my male friend did it at Natural Nails, which helped convince me to visit. At first I didn't even know what in the world Predicure even means. I walked in and luckily it wasn't that busy and Kirsten came to help assist me. She trimmed my werewolf toenails and massaged my masculine legs and it blew my mind away :)....super relaxing and she almost put me to sleep. The worse part was the end, because I didn't want to leave. Definitely 5 stars to Kirsten for being Professional and I will head back there again once my toenails becomes werewolf again. read more

I have been to almost every nail salon in the area and this by far beats them all!!! Everything they do it truly a step above normal. The pedicure is amazing right from the start. My daughter insisted we go here and I have since brought a friend who swears she has never been this pampered and has decided this is her new spot for pedicures. Please don't get the basic pedicure. YOU NEED TO UPGRADE. I have no doubt that the basic #1 is just fine, however for just a bit more money you will not at all be disappointed. I usually get the #2 but have had others and you wouldn't believe how much pampering one can give. My daughter's nails were a mess after having acrylics on two months and having another salon just rip them off. She went here and they talked to her about how to proceed to make sure her nails came back beautifully. They actually DOWN sold their own service to make sure she was getting exactly what she needed. To me that means so much. We are now loyal customers, there is nothing like knowing they are not just trying to sell you something but actually looking out for your best interest. The employees here work so hard and are always so friendly. Every time I'm in there they're so busy with customers so I always make my appointments ahead of time. Normally I schedule with Annie since she does my nails just the way I like them but all the other employees are always happy to listen to you and get you the nail shape and color you like. I've gone to them for my prom nails and back when I used to get acrylics done every couple weeks. Their pearl pedicure is TO DIE FOR. Brand new sealed and sterilized equipment, new files, product fresh out of package. Tech. Was extremely thorough and detail oriented, very sweet and polite also. Girlfriends and I bought the Groupon deal, went to get here mani/pedi last Friday! First time in my life had a manicure without my hands are soaked into the luke water! Pedi took less than 20 minutes.. I wasn't happy with the pedicure at all, had to tell the girl cut the cuticles properly a couple of times. Several coworkers recommended this nail salon, so I figured I'd check it out. I brought a male friend, and we both got the $35 pedicure. They start with a jelly soak, which is a gentle exfoliator, then get into what I"m used to at a pedicure... but it didn't stop with just the cuticle trim, nail filing, and callus removal. I also received a paraffin treatment, and a nice, long leg and foot massage. The polish turned out nicely, too. The total pedicure lasted almost an hour. I felt very relaxed afterwards, and my nails looked nice. The salon appeared to be very clean, as well. My male friend had never had a pedicure, and was very pleased with his experience. I have come here several times for a mani & a pedi. The service is very good. The pedi chairs are very comfortable, the establishment is extremely clean and the ladies are very sweet. The prices are not "NYC" so expect to pay more but I think it is worth it. I find it hard to stay awake during the pedi between the wonderful jelly they rub all over your feet to the paraffin wax to the hot towels and the leg massage. The average time in the deluxe pedis are just about an hour. I typically get the gel mani and it lasts a solid two weeks. I am a huge gardener and cook so my hands are very abused. So if you are opposite of me I am sure it will last longer. I pay around $70 for both and it is an expensive treat but so relaxing. I think it is worth the price when you have a clean establishment and the tools they used are sanitized. I plan on returning and with the amount of chairs available it's a great place for a girls trip because you can be in the same room and talk to each other. read more

I went here for a pedicure for myself and two daughters (age 4 and 2). My pedicure was great but and my daughters loved the little girls chairs. However, $25 for a pedi and manicure for the girls seemed outrageous. I usually pay $10 at the other salon town. I may go back for myself but I won't bring my daughters for a kid mani pedi that usually lasts less than 24 hours. read more

This is my favorite nail salon to go to- the owner is the absolute nicest woman and the store operates within her proper management. I don't have a preference on any person in particular because every staff member is nice and VERY GOOD at doing nails. I never have an issue with my nails whenever I get them done here- the gel manicure can honestly last months. The quality is fantastic and for the price it is more than reasonable. The best part is knowing the price straight forward. I have never paid a questionable amount for my nails- as many salons I have been to seem rather odd when they calculate totals or tack on extra fees you were unaware of -even though you've gotten your nails done the same way before. I got a fill on my nails and gel color. each nail is a different length and they are very wide. the nail lady was very rude to me and aggressive with my fingers. another lady at the end of the manicure rubbed my arms and hands with lotion. during this, she coughed on me and proceeded doing so. soon after that she rubbed her forehead sweat off with the hand she was massaging me with and let her sweat seep into my skin. my nails look the worst they have in years. never going back. read more

When I fought then on the wording of the Groupon they wouldn't budge. I went to Natural Nails for a mani/ pedi this past Monday night. Tuesday afternoon I noticed a large chip on the corner of one of my fingernails. By Wednesday there were many more. I was not going to go back but then a friend talked me into calling because, well, I paid for it and also left a generous tip. I called Thursday and told the woman who answered what had happened. She said I may have oily nails. I have had many manicures and this has never happened. I am usually lucky and they look good for at least 5-7 days. She told me to come to the salon and she would look at them. I told her I was a 20 minute drive away and would be on my way shortly. When I got there she looked at my nails and said that they don't guarantee "regular" nail polish and that if I got Gel polish then she would help me. I have had the gel in the past and although I love the way it looks, it damaged my nails. I was not asking for a whole new manicure with filing, trimming cuticles etc. but rather just to fix the polish as it should not chip after 1 day and look horrible by day 3. After some discussion,( in front of two other customers) she reluctantly told one of the nail technicians to "only fix the parts where it was chipped" She was not going to fix all of them. Every nail but two were chipped. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. read more
