Not only does she do phenomenal work she truly cares about her clients. She's so very easy to talk to and makes it easy to schedule appointments around my hectic work schedule. As for her skin care products.... Tracey is exceptionally knowledgeable on each and every solution or product she offers me. I have very naturally red skin on my cheeks and chin and expressed to her I wanted to do something to reduce it. Within a month she had a custom skincare routine made for me that works wonders. She explained each product and the reason she chose it to me in a very detailed and transparent way. I've been using it ever since! The fact that she put so much thought into each step based on my personal routine and skin needs made me feel like she really wanted to just see me feel confident again in my skin! Couldn't be a happier client :)

I trusted her instantly as I overheard her conversation about a bridal client she helped (who had MULTIPLE hair disasters) before her big day. I had asked for a more defined root to make it look like the balayage I requested from my LAST hair stylist (which she ended up just doing highlights. Not what I asked for. Jessica fixed it for me!) as well as a super blond, high chunk in the front (fiancé is obsessed with Rogue from X-Men, lol). She gave me exactly what I was looking for and I was beyond pleased!
