Then a woman came out and said she was running 20 minutes behind and would be with me soon, which meant I was now waiting a total of 30 minutes. Annoying, but I was already there, so I stayed. Then the 30 minutes passed exactly, and instead of her coming back, a different woman walked up and said that the original person wouldn't be able to do me after all, but she could take me instead... except it would be another 20 minutes. I was like, why tell me 20 minutes if it wasn't even going to be her and it wasn't even accurate? By then it was getting late, and I had to drive two hours after the appointment, so it just ended up feeling super frustrating and like my time wasn't respected at all.
