I grew up in Frederick, shopping at that Sally's. Never in all of my life have I had such a horrible experience as I just had. I stopped there quickly to pick up some nail polish and emery boards. I had my 9 year old son, and my 5 year old daughter with me. There was a sales associate, named Jen, that was adding new polish to a display when my children and I walked in. As we walked into the aisle, I noticed that there were 3 nail polish bottles on the floor in the aisle. I quickly found the items I was looking for. I was standing and looking at a different nail polish display next to the associate. My 9 year old son, walked passed me down the aisle. At that time, the associate Jen, turned and proceeded to speak in a very loud and rude tone to my son. She said, "You need to come back here and pick up those nail polishes you knocked over. You know you knocked them over." I was absolutely appalled. I turned and replied to her in an equally loud tone, " Excuse me, you have no place speaking to my child that way." I asked for a manager, she came out and tried to help. Jen was so rude, and then made a comment about my children not being well mannered. At that point, I was finished. I was so angry, the only thing I could do was put down all of the merchandise I was going to buy, and gather my children. As I walked towards the door I let them know that I would not be coming back and that it was because of the sales associate named Jen. I honestly don't have any idea where people get off these days. As I was driving home, I asked my children what happened. The kicker is, NEITHER OF THEM KNOCKED OVER THE POLISH! I will never go back to that location ever again. read more
