I went in yesterday and told them I had a new phone number and had them change it so I can get text alerts. The girl told me it would take a few hours for my script to be filled so I went home. I still hadn't heard from them today so I called and entered in my birthday and they said my script was ready for pick up. When I picked it up today as soon as I walked up the pale unhealthy looking girl covered in shitty tattoos already had an attitude for some reason. No big deal, figured maybe she's having a bad day. Told her I need to give them my new phone number because I did yesterday and wasn't alerted that my script was in. As I was explaining that to her she took an aggressive deep breath and rolled her eyes right in my face. I'm still not sure why and why she was so rude but I didn't stick around to find out. I just won't be back. So if you see a 20 something girl at the counter with 1996 tattoo'd on her neck followed by a bunch of other shitty tattoos beware.

As I was checking out I watched the cashier yell at her to "just go sit in the corner and regroup". She said in such a rude, demeaning way that it brought me to tears. Even though it is the closest location to where I live, I absolutely refuse to ever go back there. It has almost made me not want to return to an ULTA anywhere, ever again!

I have been a patient here for many years, thus far I would say they have been very honest and…read moretransparent about pricing and treatment expectations. For years it was impossible to get an appointment with the doctor so PA's or NP's were the only providers with availability to see you quickly. However, when you see the provider they are usually thorough, they ask lots of questions and do a health history review. It seems now there is less of a wait to get in for an appointment with a doctor, usually within 1 week you can see them. So that's a huge improvement. On the flip side, wait times after you have checked in the day of the appointment to see the provider have been lengthy. On occasion the waiting rooms were packed with patients saying they were waiting at least 30-45 minutes after their appointment start time. I'd guess they are overbooking their providers' schedules. I have received different cosmetic treatments here, also, and everything was perfectly executed (not to mention, wait time was extremely short). I think Brianna is great at what she does, she is also very nice and professional.

Just received a bill in the mail for the full amount of services. Look up out EOB and looks like they are now out of network for our insurance but did not tell us (good thing he did not go back for all of that work he needed done as it was roughly $5,000). Called the office to inquire as we have been there recently and was very rudely told that they would have told us they were not in network when scheduling (they absolutely did not). They actually told my husband how much insurance he had left to use at the visit so not sure how exactly they supposedly told him they weren't in network. I have an actual printed estimate they gave us on how much insurance coverage we had left (you can see it on my google review). I would avoid this one unless you want unexpected bills.
