I highly recommend Cory Arnold as he is personable and understanding of my pain and explains everything as I do the motions. He is currently training a younger student (I can't remember her name) and she is doing great too. I have had two other ladies Clara and I think Mary was her name. They were fantastic with helping to stretch and massage the muscles for me. I needed that badly. I highly recommend them all.

I came here last week to have some blood work drawn. When I spoke with my advocate about my labs, I…read morewas told I could have them done at any Henry Ford location. This one in 30 Mile Rd., in Washington is the closest to my house. The day prior, I called to confirm that my information was in the system and that they had all the information about what I was having done. Needless to say, what I was having done had never been done at this location before. Wow. I was going to be a "first" for them. After the employee checked with her supervisor, it was confirmed that my blood draws could in-fact be done at this location. I was informed to come in when they opened at 8am, as my samples needed to be send out immediately after at the 12pm pick up. I arrived and this is when confusion began. The ladies were very unknowing about what I was having done. Again, my procedures have never been done at this location before and they weren't even sure that could do my draws here. After 30 minutes and many phone calls on their behalf to the Henry Ford in Detroit, all was sorted out. I wasn't upset, by any means or frustrated. I knew this was a big deal and was certain my advocate would sort it out, which she and the Dr. at the Detroit location did. I had a LOT of blood drawn. Jenn, was amazing. She was careful and kind and repeatedly asked if I was ok and/or feeling ill or uncomfortable. I took it like a champ. Everything got taken care of, even if there was a few hiccups I still rate this location very high and would recommend.

My son has been a patient for the last few years (he has perfect teeth and has only had cleanings…read moreevery 6 months). This practice is professionally managed, has excellent dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff. They listen, are attentive and my son is NOT afraid to go to the dentist, thank goodness. With that said, it DOES take 6 months to get your initial cleaning appointment, so they are not a last minute, broke my tooth on the weekend dentist unless you are an established patient. If you make an initial appointment, keep it. You won't get a cancellation or another appointment for 6 months. When you have a cleaning, schedule your next one before leaving the appointment or you won't get one until 6 months after you call to schedule your next appointment. They aren't open every day of the week, either. If you can handle all of this - schedule with them, they are worth it.

Unfortunately because of the pandemic, I've had to be on a different insurance for a few months and my regular dentist didn't accept it. Dr. Robb did, and I'm glad because they have treated me kindly and I already know I want to stay with them when my insurance changes yet again in a couple of months. My first visit was my reg "6 month" visit that I was a few months late on. I have to get periodontal maintenance so I was hoping the hygienist would be good and she was awesome! Alicia did a good job not only with my sensitivity, but she was kind and gentle. Met Dr. Robb and she was really nice. Had to go back today for a couple of cavities and her and the assistant did a good job of keeping me comfortable. I believe there are another 1or 2 dentists there. I'm sticking with her! The office is small, & I'm ok with that. Coming from a bigger place, I realized I don't need all those extra frills-coffee, water, cookies. TV! I did get a temperature check both times, staff wears masks, as do customers, and I had to fill out a questionnaire both times. All good precautions for any viral sickness really..... Located right downtown. Good location if you want to check out the town.

So I went up there and had to wait 20 minutes just to ask for the refills. Finally, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy BUT only a 30 day refill on each. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO!! The receptionist is RUDE and just kept making excuses why my message wasn't answered. They push prescriptions on you and then lord it over you. Why can't I do a telehealth visit that you also push on your patients? But no, I must come into the office and waste even more of my time. I feel bad for patients that truly need medicine and can't do without. I do not recommend unless you are retired and have time to wait on the phone, wait for responses, and wait in the waiting room, and have time to follow up on everything. Now I've been locked out of the portal and can't retrieve any of my health information. I've been with ICFP for years, but I am DONE! I understand that Dr. offices are busy but you should be able to take care of your current patients in a timely manner. Some of us work full time too!
