Mind you, the line didn't move, was waiting on two original people who were already there when I got there which is fine but waiting for 30+ minutes on them just to grab a pick up order is dumb. Then there was two people helping ONE person, that's unnecessary, and same third person that was just wondering around going back and forth between people that were helping the original two. Kept disappearing to the back. You guys need to figure out a way for pick up orders and learn to move people along quicker when you have 5+ ppl waiting in your lobby, and who knows maybe they were also pick up orders that could've just walked in and out. A total waiting time of 48 minutes For two original people and the line never moving. Straight up ridiculous.

She helped me locate the complete collection of Lenny & Larry products as well as tell me how her husband loves the coconut chocolate chip and double chocolate peanut butter swirl cookies. I almost bought every flavor! At $1.99 each, they are the cheapest I have found. Not to mention this store has the most variety. I'll definitely be back soon for all my health and fitness needs. On a good note, I called the Rochester store and spoke to Charlie and she was very helpful and knowledgeable too! I'd rather drive a little further and avoid the deadbeats at the Hall Road store.
