She had a second chance to be kind, instead she still continued to be disrespectful. Knowing I was the person to complain, she had no problem being the same unkind person she was earlier. Does the accountability taste bad or are you just mad somebody finally didn't tolerate your nasty behavior? I've been coming here since they opened, quite frequently.
