Dosent matter if there's ten people in line with one tender or your the only customer with 5 tenders, you will be waiting no less than 30 mins in line. They jack you on the prices nearly every day. The only tender there worth your time is Jeremy and Ashley who is up front. read more

Awesome time the budtenders are always great and we love the products and prices we love pot and wax is great

Pure is the BEST! Kevin is an awesome n fair manager! I drive 15 miles just to get to PURE! It's the best!

Bought some products in a bundle for Christmas, I thought it was a pretty good deal, couple weeks later I try the mkx live rosin disposable from my purchase, it is completely defective, doesn't charge, won't hit, a complete waste, I still have the original packaging and there is still the original product in the pen, I called in for an exchange so I can get one that actually works, they told me too bad so sad, we only take product returns within the first 48 hours, how convenient selling an unusable product with a terrible return policy, thanks. read more

Review # It doesn't matter :) I'm sure when the other Yelper, an elite, made this review she could appreciate her review was early in the game. Products have changed a lot since Pure opened. Celebrating an anniversary today I can tell you they have came a long way. The staff here is helpful, no matter your sex or age. They have daily specials & some of the lowest priced product in Metro Detroit. The dispensaries are literally putting home grown growers out of business. No need for a weed card here folks. Just bring your identification, cash & enjoy a party store full of some beautiful buds. Enjoy the never ending supply of products designed with you, the consumer in mind. No matter your stance on Marijuana, it is legal, and it is here to stay. Step out of the shadows, drink a little less, stress a little less. Get more for your money w weed maps & Pure. Pure New Baltimore - Happy Anniversary. 99$ premade bags ready to go. An oz + gummies, pre-rolls, oils, edibles, vapes, tarantula roll & more - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - New Baltimore, Michigan

Visited here on my birthday a few weeks ago looking forward to a free birthday present with purchase. What I didn't expect was a 13-month old, $.99 pre-roll as my birthday present. I told them to keep it. I visited the other two dispensaries in the area and got very nice pre-rolls with my purchase for my birthday. I called back a few days later to speak to somebody about it, They took my name and number and never called me back. read more

This place reminds me of a candy store from when I was a kid. So much variety of wonderful goodies. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their products are of great value and then some. Christy read more

This is their product- nothing leaked in box . Half full. Brand new. Didn't open bag. What kind of system sells half missing product. I've heard nothing but great things about this place . And that was the decision maker to go here instead of any other one. Very dissatisfied. Big order . And shame on you for taking advantage. Was the sale on half filled product like a bag of chips? Would like a refund or replacement with actual full ones . Unbelievable- read more

Pure New Baltimore - Brand new in box *and half gone . Some sale - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - New Baltimore, Michigan

As a survivor of a near fatal traumatic brain injury, cannabis has been my therapeutic choice for various related issues. Even with 4 dispos and the option for delivery from Pure, we will happily make the trip from Port Huron to New Baltimore for our needs. Pure is our go-to for quality of product, prices and the main reason I am writing this review- having a budtender that can quickly and perfectly supply what I came for, Sativa flower. Whistler and I both appreciate Alvin! Thank you, Alvin, for always being there! read more

Best selection, best prices, best service. I am bummed out when I need to go elsewhere, honestly. This is my favorite dispo hands down. Im not just saying that stuff either. I go other places and they literally do not have the same stuff for the price Pure does. I ask for price matches sometimes but I get denied a lot of the time. Just go to pure. read more

Great variety of products. Very laid back atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and all my needs were full filled, but best of all, the prices are lowest around. Make sure you check out their website because they advertise some awesome deals for first timers, loyal customers and even for veterans! read more

Great dispensary! Hannah was very helpful! Glad I stopped here! Couldn't decide which $60 ounce to buy and she knew exactly what I was looking for and made it all very easy to decide. read more

Their customer service is always nothing but amazing, but I swear their medical selection is getting smaller by the day. I'm a medical user and use vapes exclusively because I need quick, easy, controlled access for indoor use should the need arise. I order off Weedmaps and can longer buy Crude Boys off the medical menu, which was my latest go-to because everything else got too expensive, and they only offer cheaply made brands like MKX and Platinum (both give me terrible headaches and counterract why I use cannabis to begin with) on the med menu anymore. Nearly every deal is catered towards recreational, unusable by med patients. This is the closest dispensary I can get to that sells to medical, and at this point it's hardly worth the drive anymore. It really sucks, because going there to refill my stash has always been fun with the kind people who work there... read more

Pure has become my dispensary of choice for the following reasons: - They have excellent daily deals. Plus the lowest prices I've seen in metro Detroit. They also price match Tricounty dispos. - Friendly, knowledgeable staff and relatively fast service - Large selection read more

Most of the pre packed pure ounces are old and contain mold or mildew. Pure Shake ounces are 100% contaminated with powdered mildew. Along with other foreign contaminates. They are putting new stickers over old stickers on expired products, changing THC percentages, changing strain names, etc. Seems sketchy and un kosher to change things of that nature. What are you getting then, is that product state tested and passed for consumption to the public. read more

I used to come here weekly or at least twice per month. it's great when Im able to come in person, although still budtenders can be judgmental at times. what is ridiculous is trying to order online, all of the strains listed in "deals" section can't be seen, a lot missing percentage information etc. And if I call into delivery dept asking about percentage info etc they always speak to me very condescending. Even laughed at me today with the ridiculous "percentage doesn't matter" mantra... Well it does to me, amongst other important details that are always missing. You make it hard to make my best decision, while also judging my preferences. I once was a great patron but I think I'm over going here. read more

I am telling you steer clear of this place. Go to the dispensary right before you get to this one. Mind right I think it's called. Sal and the so called manager Dan were the most disrespectful people I've ever met! I ordered on Saturday for a Sunday delivery. They bring it that day and I was home with my family that's why I ordered it for the next day. So I never received that order. Than I placed one today for delivery today between 6-8pm. It's close to 8 I call and they tell me it was for tomorrow. When both Saturdays email and todays both said exactly when I wanted them and the emails confirmed the exact time and days I requested, however they claim it was not submitted that way when clearly I have the email to show it was scheduled right. They're just smoking to much of the product and can't get an order right. They want to make it seem it's my fault?! I spend over 800/1000$ a month there and I assure they won't get any business from me or anyone I know! read more

Hannah Rafa was amazing love this spot !! Come here almost three times a week and they are always my favorite.

Hands down the best dispo in town!! Only place I go to!!! Check 'em out 23 mike new Baltimore

don't go here unless you want them getting your order wrong an charging you double an taking advantage of your lack of attention.

Best dispensary in Michigan!! Best deals hands down, best staff, and best location. They will price match any deal another dispensary offers, and if you have a problem with a vape they always exchange it which is nice read more

both oz were covered in mold, not able to return flower. waste of money

I came in last night Friday May 12th at 8:20 pm and asked if I could get the deal 8 grams of wax for 50 and double it, and all I asked was if she could get whatever brands the best and if she could make it only Sativa and hybrid strains only or as much as she could. Once I got home I opened the package, and all but four were hybrid and the rest were all indica. All 12 grams of wax were indica, she told me there were both in it, I was very upset, I even left a generous tip because I know I can be a little high maintenance. At this point, I would have rather not gotten this deal at all if I had known that all 12 of the other wax was indica. However, I still called back up and asked the office if I could drive all the way back up and exchange most of the strains for hyprid and sativia ones, especially since I asked the budtender previously and this was not done so, and she didn't give me the impression that they were all out of the strains I asked for. I also had not opened the wax, they aggreed and said as long as the package is not opened I could do it, just at 3:15 pm Saturday May 13th I'm waiting in line, I'm next and the budtender whose name I did not get, told me she could only return it if there is something wrong with it. Like I literally called to avoid this issue. I WAISTED MONEY ON WAX I WILL NOT BE SMOKING OR ENJOY SMOKING! So I'm still upset sitting in their parking lot writing this complaint, thinking about how I probably will never return. read more
